It was great overall.
Brian RThe truck that we rented was dirty in the cab and the bed. The fuel was on empty. We had a reservation for 10am and we were not able to get the keys until 10:20 the doors were locked. I called the customer service line to report this and she didn't want to help me until I returned the truck. She then transferred me without telling me and it was for technical support for the app

Abraham CMy preference is to rent a U-Haul vehicle through AJ Ambrosio who manages the DuPont Heated Storage. The Trucks and Vans are always, clean and well cared for. I rented one of the newer vans for a couple of days and what a pleasure it was to drive; easy to load and maneuver. Merci.

ELDRIGE TI have never had a worse experience with U-Haul. I only ever got one email to confirm my U-Haul date and time. So I show up at my date and time to find out U-Haul changes my reservation to a later day and time. As well as only giving me 8 of the 24 hours I was requesting to use.

Robin RWho ever the servicing contractor is for the vehicle maintenance, they did a terrible job as the truck I rented engine blew up and we didn't fully make it to our final destination, having to wait for service repair to come assist and tow in the end. The storage company that rents out the uhaul is very nice and clean and courteous. But the uhaul maintenance crew is not good at all.

Lauren BI like how fast you can rent the equipment and get out the door. I also like the process of the drop box and being able to drop off the keys after hours. Overall I'm pleased with the efficiency of U Haul. The worker that was working the DuPont WA U Haul was very polite and helpful.
Ken SI tried to pick up a rental truck with 24/7 and it never worked. I spent 45 minutes between chats and phone calls. The chat is totally worthless, the person never gave me a good answer and ended the chat suddenly. After almost an hour the clerk of the location saw me and was really nice and helped me even though the store wasn't opened yet. Definitely the costumer service on chats and calls needs to improve.

UHAUL REVIEW - Urban Storage Unfortunately the cost of this small truck along with fuel was outrageous. $ 300 Nearly 100 per trip @ three trips from one storage location to another. Tô move our belongings would require $600! We've been working with UHAUL for 40 years. $1,6 a mile is way too much. Drop your Prices.
