It was difficult to return to this location. The apps worked great but the main gate of drop off was closed and difficult to hold someone on phone.

The 26' feet truck that I got was "unsafe to drive". The brake was too hard to push and the steering wheel was making noise as well. Also the gap between the back left tire and the truck body was very less. May be the shocker needs to be replaced. The truck number is JH 4045 J. Though I reached my destination safely, but please dont give this truck to someone else without fixing the above mentioned issues. Merci.

The gentleman running the location was very friendly. He helped us get the U-Haul but the condition it was in from the previous renters was terrible. There was lots of dirt in the back. There was also no equipment that we had booked

I dropped off at this location - lots of junk in this yard. The key drop off box was very visible at least.

The truck had 1/4 of gas and there was no one there to meet us. We could have picked up the truck earlier had we known but were told no one would be there until 9am. This location was an hour and twenty minutes away from our original location.

No one there to accept return of the truck. Signage not very good. If we had not seen a u-haul truck in the lot, would not have known that it was a rental centre. Operator did return a call to us.

People there were quite nice and friendly. Uhaul website had a few issues, but the staff was great.
