The pickup was complicated because I was unable to log on to the website you sent me. Wouldn't accept my address so I was unable to go any further. When I called the 800 number for assistance I got someone from Arizona who couldn't help with the postal code or online issues I was having. The owner of Duval Marine waz a letter to help when he arrived & said this is always a problem.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNeed more trailers in that area. Very limited choices, including in Cornwall which is the nearest town.
Katia PThe person you have working at this location is incompetent. They never checked reference/confirmation number, they never checked for photo ID or just plain ID. He was very rude when we went to ask questions kept hushing us.
Shane FNo signage saying where to park the truck.
DONALD MIt was difficult to return to this location. The apps worked great but the main gate of drop off was closed and difficult to hold someone on phone.
