The staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful to deal with. Will defiantly be using them again when I move.
CHRISTA RI don't understand how u-haul counts days. I picked the vehicle up around 9:30 on Monday March 30. I brought it back actually on April 4th, around 10 pm that Friday night. But ok, I was supposed to bring it back by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday April 5th. Now, from where I sit, that is let's call it 9:00 a.m. on Mon. the 30th to 9 a.m. on Tues April 1st, to 9 a.m. on Weds April 2nd to 9 a.m. on Thurs April 3rd, to 9 a.m. on Fri April 4th to 9 a,m, Sat April 5th. That adds up to 5 days. Not 6. I was charged for 6. Oh, and while the contract said the truck was full when I took it, I drove it 16 point something miles. On the way back to turn it in, I stopped and put in $21 dollars (7 gals) of fuel. I'm thinking either the truck wasn't full or you better check that sucker for leaks or mechanical issues. But other than that, the people were very friendly and helpful, which made it a good experience as far as the rental goes. The 'business' part of it left a bad taste in my mouth for u-haul though. Just sayin'.

Thomas BAbsolutely wonderful staff. Extremely helpful and customer service focused. Krista is a gem. Our truck got double booked by Uhaul but she helped us work through it. Then after we returned the truck I realized I had left my wallet in the cab and she was really helpful in securing it and getting it back to me. Thank you Krista!

Timothu MThe staff was very rude and did not specify where to put the trailer and then came out and told us to move it. Didn't offer a receipt or any confirmation that we had returned the trailer. Will be returning equipment elsewhere should we need to rent from U-Haul again.

STACI HThe service Eagle Auto was excellent. People are helpful, friendly, and the location is convenient. I was overcharged accident coverage at pick up by U-Haul and now have to figure out how to get reimbursed.

Thomas KThis location did not have dollies. Zero. That makes moving extra difficult. I had to spend $100 out of pocket to purchase one across the street at Tractor Supply. That was a discounted one. Regular price is $179-$229. This is a huge issue for people moving.

John LMileage allowed is inadequate the last 2 times I rented. 1st one because location didn't get my truck in and I had to travel extra 2nd was just enough miles for A to B. If you had to go off the beaten path to get gas, you're over. Lastly, why do you have the surveys when you don't respond. I made the comments on the previous rental about the location that did not get the truck in. No response to that.
