Had some issues with the UHaul website/app (which had nothing to do with the pick-up location). The app would freeze or not allow me to get into it to do things. Had to try different times before had some success.

Reservations and phone communication needs a lot of improvement. System Down most of week.You guys lost my reservation and then i had to rent a trailer to tow behind uhaul truck because what i booked wasnt available. I rented before from place right next door. They sucked! This guy was so much better! I thought they were the same place they are so close? I will NEVER go back to the lazy ass next door! I have been renting from Penske to not have to go back to the place on Rt 60. I will now rent from Capps Rd.

This location had nothing to do with what im about to say. I reserved a trailer online in Sebring, FL. I woke up early and went to location only to find out they did not have one. Apparently someone sent me a text at night that it was changed for an hour away as no one had any locally. Again no call at all a msg that was behind something about covid so didnt read all the way to the end. If your gonna send someone an hour away you should call them so they dont waste a day in their plans getting screwed. Horrible
