We have used this location for our U-Haul needs about six times. Everyone in the office goes above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. They are our first choice!

The office was closed when I was ready to return my trailer but the office opened at 9AM the following day and I was able to return it then without any additional incurrence of a fee. Will definitely use this neighborhood U-Haul center again in the future should I need to rent.

They tried to bill me for 188 miles. The numbers didn't make sense to me. I am currently in the process of filing a claim.

I will not recommend this location to anyone. i am a single mom with a two year old daughter and i felt like i was being judged by him when i went in there. I've never been treated am poorly.

I should have known better. After he sold everything in my 10x10 storage unit for being one month late. I hope karma bites him in the ass.

TERRENCE K.The drop-off was not at the facility. You had to follow the attendant about a mile down the road, and drop off in a dirt field (it is fenced in). The attendant was not the most warm individual, and seemed perturbed that I wasn't aware of their process.

Was so bad I had to purchase air freshener to even be able to drive this vehicle with the nasty smell from some one who smoked in it. When people choose to smoke in a rental they should be charged the max to get the nasty smell out of the vehicle.

Kevin S.I booked the truck 3 weeks earlier for a very convenient location and had the reservation confirmed. On the day before the reserved date I was called it would be at another location. The confirmed location was under 3 miles from my house. The new location was over 12 miles from my house so it ended up costing me more in mileage. Needless to say I as unhappy about that and asked to use the other location but was told I could not. The Lincoln agent was very nice but nothing he could do about it. The truck etc was all fine but it ended up costing me.

John G.My only issue is that the cargo van I received smelled like poop and it was clear that some sort of animals had been transported in it by the previous user. I could not air the smell out at all, so it made using the vehicle difficult.
