i had bookthe vehicles for 10 am. but nobody was at the location until 10: 15 . and other 3 people was also waiting there. no one was at the location but the sign was on. i call the number provide on the door . nobody answered

There was a significant error somewhere in the process as I was overcharged on miles. My reason for renting was solely for business purposes, no more than 56 miles total. They tried to bill me for 188 miles. The numbers didn't make sense to me. I am currently in the process of filing a claim.

Derek B.Maybe be more clear with drop off locations and speak more clearly. i was charged an extra $223 because i didn't drop the uhaul off in the correct location. the man was very rude when i came in and very rude when i left. I will not recommend this location to anyone. i am a single mom with a two year old daughter and i felt like i was being judged by him when i went in there. I've never been treated am poorly.
