I returned my equipment more than 24 hours ago. However, I have no record from you confirming that the gas tank was filled to the level at which I received it. I have no record that I drove the truck approximately 200 miles, and I have no record that the truck was returned before the time required by the contract. This is not a good way to do business.
STEPHAN JThe equipment was clean and seen somewhat maintained.. it was hard to get the truck into reverse and park gear. I would recommend this place due the convenience of the location but wish it had more size trucks to chose from.
Ryan PThey gave a in town truck for one way rental and asked me to return when I was half way through. This caused lot of confusion during return also as the change in truck was not reflected in the reservation.

Overall it wouldn't stop me from renting there again because of the kindness of the gentleman who checked me in.

Hernel MThe rep was very friendly, I thank him for that. However, something that bothered me was the receipt of services. Although during the booking for the vehicle I chose to not get the insurance (I thought I'd use my Credit Card with insurance benefit); and during onboarding orocess, I skipped the insurance of $26(or chose no insurance), my final receipt has included it. So U/Haul overcharged me that $26, which is not fair. Mark my words, I skipped and chose not to get insurance, however U-Haul still decided to charge me for that optional choice. No good at all

Susan HThe truck was filthy. The previous user left the truck filthy with construction debris. It was not broom swept as chucks of sheetrock debris covered the entire box. The truck needs to be hosed out. The ramp was filled with pebbles and chucks of sheetrock debris. My furniture and fixtures are black. EVERY single item that entered the truck needed to be cleaned of sheetrock dust. Completely unacceptable as it caused an increased my labor cost.

Vernon.I was told to drop truck off at any Wappinger Falls U-haul,then another shop called me and told me I dropped truck off at the wrong shop,and they were going to charge me,luckily I don’t think they did.

Owen BThe manager arrived an hour late for an 8:30am reservation. The manager then proceeded to bill my cc for 4 days and I'm still waiting for some sort of resolution. This is an authorized Uhaul dealership and they should not be allowed to participate as a vendor. If you want horrible customer service service and fraudulent overcharges then this is your place. I'm in utter shock that this service is able to operate under Uhaul
albert dBe prepared for your appointments, have the necessary details ready. It stated that My start time with the vehicle was at 1:09pm when in truth and in fact it was 1:31pm when I had the keys in my hand. Improve by make my it welcoming. I had to wait in the cold for 27 mins as I was told we can not go into their office and yet I observed a delivery driver and some other person had access to enter the office. The area in which I had to wait was the garage where school buses are being worked on, that is so a no no for me. All I'm saying is make it customer friendly, be professional, be courteous and remember we are your supporters, we spend our money with you so treat us with respect.
Jo-Ann TNo tienen un horario para entregar los carros después de las 5 y se tiene que dejar el carro fuera en la calle y las llaves tirarla por un orificio de una oficina, sin que nadie te revise el carro. No te dan ninguna instrucción del horario y eso no es un buen servicio ni existe responsabilidad alguna ni seguridad para el que renta. Gracias espero que mejoren.

Luis AThey did not have the cargo van that I requested. Instead they gave me a 10 foot truck which was more expensive than the cargo van. The cargo van was originally $1,59 a mile. However the 10 foot truck was $1,99 a mile. They said the cargo van was an accident but it was in the yard without any damage. In either case I was switch to a more expensive vehicle
KENRICK MPick up place was poor, was supposed to use my phone to pick up but ended up needing the guy at front for everything, for some reason the app didn’t ask me for fuel level or mileage at pick up, the guy told me to put on the app that the truck had no damages without letting me see the truck first, also the truck was blocked by another truck, overall will not choose this place again

ALESCIA BI think my uhaul experience was a bit frustrating but the customer service workers were very helpful. I think that Uhaul needs to coordinate better with the schedules of the actual location, for example I had a schedule for a different location for 8am but my reservation was switched to self check in, then I was sent to this location and was told it would be open by 9 however it wasn't open until 9:45. That was very frustrating. Luckily the customer service rep was able to extend my time w the truck. The truck was as clean as it it could be given its purpose.
