Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisUhauh was problematic with using my chime online banking card however reps at location were very helpful. Highly doubt i will rent with uhaul in the mear future due to taking over 2hrs to secure a rentul due to their payment issues.
Marie nLess reliance on cell phone to complete transaction.
Rodney AThe van was in a deplorable condition it look like it has never been wash since it came in the fleet both inside and outside of the vehicle was dirty. I rent vehicles every year and this has been the worst. I even had to put sheets on the floor because I didn’t want it to mess up my daughter school stuff. The van also feels like it was also not been serviced the gear to a while to change from 1st to 2nd gear. It needs to be removed from the fleet and be serviced.
PAULA TThe truck was very dirty and had garbage from the previous person, it was disgusting.
