Ronald BMake sure they get the furniture pads they ordered. I didn't get mine and had to go spend $50 for 4 pads and make due with 4 instead of the 12 I requested. Also the parking lot is muddy and full of potholes.

Gerald HThat when you stop to pick up your equipment someone from the store will help you load and make the trailer attached to the truck and make sure that all lights are working, that was not the case for me. I lost the signal lights on the trailer, and I had to drive through a rain storm without turn signals, and the passage side of the truck was not clean. This needs to be fixed for the next person, I used UHaul all the time, but I am not getting the service but I am required to return the equipment clean for the next customer

Michael FHad me download the app but the app does not recognize my email or phone number, and when i tried to use the app after still doesnt work properly or see my or previous contract, the app does not work, its a waste of time

RONALD AAs cooperative as location staff is, it's not clear who is supposed to be inspecting and/or repairing equip prior to next rental. My unit had inop left side marker lights with left rear light erratic. Had to borrow rubber safety chain keepers from another unit and hooked-up trailer myself.
JOHN VSeemed to take a long time to be processed. Between doing the paperwork, locating and hooking up to trailer, and having hook up inspected it took 30 min.
David HDrop-off was really easy. Dropped off after hours, followed the app and we were done in 10 minutes.

JOSEPHINE WOne small item, it would be good to wash the inside of the windshield and side windows before renting the truck.
JEFFREY KThe gas tank wasn't full so I had to top it off! Dirty on dash to floor in van and steering wheel was yucky. Whoever was the last person to specify about filling up the gas tank didn't ! Personally if this place is to RENT out vans/trucks should have someone to clean for the next person to RENT.

Audra RWas kind of left on my own to hook up and park the trailer. When I asked for help however, everyone was friendly and eager to assist. Trailer worked flawless. Overall a very good experience and the price was extremely reasonable. Recommend highly.

Kathryn CI arrived 1hr and 15min late to my reservation. I had reserved it for 14hr. When I got there, the lady berated me for being late in front of her co-workers multiple times and said they almost gave my truck to someone else who came in asking for it. This is fault on their end as well as U-Haul's. What is the point of a reservation if it doesn't secure the truck? I understand I was late, but considering how long I had intended to use it, it's a small fraction and not at all long enough to decide to give it away to someone else. My move was delayed for circumstances completely out of my control and I had to handle them before moving, am I seriously the only one to ever have that happen? And U-Haul doesn't understand that moving can be complicated and just allows the website to show my truck as available to whoever passes by? U-Haul should never had shown it available, and the location should never have considered it. They were rude and disrespectful, and the entire mobile checkin process in which "all I need is a phone" is completely false as well. I needed a card and my ID which I already supplied online. I had to deal with these employees. Both U-Haul and this location needs work, and should I ever have the misfortune of dealing with a move again, I wouldn't be opposed to considering other options.

Mark SService center was not ready for my rental. truck not checked in from last rental , and in filthy condition. truck was loaned to me with gas gauge slightly below full. I drove the truck approximate 8 miles and returned on with the gas tank on full. I had to pay for 8 gallons of gas to fill back up. How did I burn 8 gallons in 8 miles. ??? When i brought this up during the check in as I stated " the math does not add up"...I was ignored. This store has always been piss poor rip off service and low rent attitudes.. I feel i should have been given some kind of refund for the amount of fuel I put back in the truck...
