The location was fine and thank goodness it was open as the Haul online service needs work. Apparently if you rent the truck at a location that is open at the time you have to go in but we only found that out when the person checking for verification of driver's license stopped and the app stated they couldn't continue with the process. Really? There was nothing on the reservation site that said you would have to go in . The truck was clean and well maintained. Moral of the story is go inside and work with a person. You will be far better off.

I rented a truck from this location two weekends in a row. Both times I was given a truck that was in pretty poor shape and drove miserably all the way to my final destination 200+ miles away. Both times they were out of moving blankets, and one time I was charged for moving blankets, a furniture dolly, and handtruck that I never received. During this final rental experience, they had an email message under glass where you sign and pay for services, which was discriminatory and put down people it described as immigrants. I was stunned and asked them why they had such an inflammatory message under the glass where everyone could read it in their place of business. The fellow who worked there didn't seem surprised, but then said, "someone else must have put that there and removed it." I rented three Uhauls in a period of 3 weeks...and found that all pickup experiences less than stellar, and even surprising given that some things like discriminatory letters posted to the public were on display. I'm done with Uhaul and do not intend to rent again...ever.

Nothing to do with the location on either end but I used the fuel chart on my contract to replenish the gas, bringing it to 3/4 tank. The chart said that the tank is ~40 gallons and would take ~30 gallons to bring it eo 3/4 full. I was at 37 miles to empty, put the recommended 30 gallons in and the tank was full. I am thinking that this calls for people to put an average of 10 extra gallons of gas in and at nearly $3 per gallon, that is a lot of $s. Can you please provide me with the appropriate contact information to file a complaint and possibly ask for reimbursement?

Very friendly and since I registered online, it took about 5 minutes to pay and sign the paperwork. I then drove around back and the nice young man connected the 6x12 trailer for me. We did a light check and I was on my way. No complaints at all. Thank you uhaul team

I signed up for mobile pick up using my phone. When I got there and logged in - it stated that "no equipment had been assigned to my order". I called the number listed and left message - never received a return call. Checking in took 30 minutes - which defeats the purpose of the mobile check in - the point being to save time. I was told that the equipment was still in the field and needed to be checked in - that it would "be awhile". Would likely use the larger location on Greenbriar next time as pick up and drop off are much more efficient. From a customer service perspective - I felt more like a hassle and a task than a valued customer.

No fault of operators at this location, but did not know i was coming nor had my reservations, or requested truck. ALL PROBLEMS WITH MAIN RESERVATIONS PEOPLE. With the problems at both pick up and drop off locations, i will never use or recommended U-Haul again!

Computer system is SLOW. Was able to load up equipment in the time it took to check out on computer. This has long been a problem for UHAUL. It was not this location, nor the user. Even longer at busier locations.

Instead of giving me the truck that was properly assigned to me the man went to see if it was the closes truck then chose to give me the truck that had to be backed out on a two lane road 55mph. To add insult, I did not get the dolly I paid for and they had the nerve to call me today looking for a dolly I did not receive. I preregistered and signed in but it took longer than when I’ve walked in off the street. I always used U-Haul... RACISM IS ALIVE AND KICKING AT THIS LOCATION. It was a horrible discriminating experience.
