I have rented uhaul before and have never had this experience before. the amount of hoops that I had to jump through just to rent a van was absurd. Then to be told that we can go somewhere else was so unprofessional. It felt like we were being treated like criminals. We were rushed because your representative stated that he had to pick up his child from school. Which really wasn't our problem. Then when we finally got the vehicle, there wasn't any gas in the can. The van was on E and the guy left before we could mention it to him. We barely made it to a gas station.

NERANDO JUnit was not clean in the cab nor the cargo hold. Mobile check in was not available and the unit reeked of Marijuana. The representative was nice.
Michelle HThe quick location change did not afford this pick-up location enough time to thoroughly clean up the truck. I was rushing to leave town and accepted the condition. The overall professionalism of the East Point E & B, LLC, made a huge impact on me.
JAMES HDrop-off was after hours, so I can't make any assessment of the location's interior or the staff. The parking lot was full of potholes. The area seemed unsafe. The fact that it's an embroidery shop and not an actual Uhaul location could confuse customers: the only indicator being a key drop box by the door.

Luke C`Reservation somehow got changed to 7 instead of 7:30. Got there at 7:15 and was not able to complete check in till after 8. Equipment requested was not in the truck so had to come back at 10 to pick up the dolly and never got the pads because they were not ready. This put us very behind and ended up getting charged additional fees. This wasn't fair and owner yelled at me and never apologized for inconvience.

Zalika SThe key was missing from the lock box had to call the person at the shop cause he was not there when I got ahold of the truck the inside was dirty . Trash on cup holder .. The back was very greasy as if somebody spilled oil all over & made my stuff dirty when I arrived to my destination all my stuff was covered in whatever they spilled & made my floors greasy & stained my walls . The truck had no gas ..

Timothy DI was told mobile pickups were not available for this location, so I had to wait 2 hours to pickup my vehicle. I scheduled pickup at 10 am and did not receive a vehicle until 12pm. I also received the vehicle on Empty. Lastly upon returning the vehicle invalid mileage amounts were added, attempting to take over 200$, when I drove 40 miles. Location may as well be shut down

Norah HWhen I dropped the U-haul off at what apparently is another business operation and U-Haul, the guy didn't check the mileage or talk to me. He just took the key. I am unclear on what I was charged for because they didn't check anything. Bad location.

Patricia KLocation didn't not have anything displayed that they are a u haul facilitator not even a truck outside, inside the back of the truck had some stuff stored in there and smiled like cat litter. I had to clean an wipe with bleach. The process of renting is too much worst if it's a U haul center. We have take a selfie , take a picture of ID and manually add your card.
