The original pick up location on my contract was terrible. Note on the door to call, called the number several times finally answered said he would send link to upload information never sent it. Didnt answer for after repeated call that when I called and got the Davis st. Location it set me back by at least 4 hours and I was not a satisfied customer. That was the first time I ever experienced anything so incompetent in a business. I called the u haul number and got the davis st location so everything thing was ok. That tire and wheel location is a terrible representation of your business.
CLARKTON HThis location lied an said I dropped the car off after hours a whole day later then tried to charge me very unprofessional

Brad MTrucks check engine light is on, tighten gas cap notification remained on. Truck could use sanitation.. All in all it did what it needed to do.

MELVIN TNo one was there to assist with pick up, which made it complicated. There was a bag of trash left in the back of the UHaul when I opened it. There was no lock to the back of the truck. Parking break was broken upon pick up and unusable throughout rental.

Gerard GRefund my money back, the truck was a death trap. When u step on brakes tye truck shuttered so hard it's like the body was coming off the frame. Then while driving a burnt smell came from under the hood as if rubber was burning or engine was dry and pistols are burning. It was dirty, the dolly was not hooked up to anything so it slid and made loud thumping noises as you drove. The main concern was the engine light on the burning smell and the fact when you stepped on brakes I was in fear of my life
Najeamia WI can't blame this location but getting a truck after having a reservation was difficult and caused lots of phone calls etc. This location had one thankfully, when I arrived nobody was there so I had to call and speak to the gal who was very nice. No cover there so thankfully it was not raining! The truck was a bit dirty, never swept and food trash in the front. Unfortunately they, like all the other locations, had no dollies or blankets which now required me to buy blankets and a dolly myself. Then I have to give them away as I was a 1 way traveler and flew home. Cost me another $100+

Tracie HTerrible experience. I was overcharged and never given my refund for the overage. All communication was done via cell phone and text because the employee wasn't in the office all day. Picked the truck up and there was no gas. The truck was raggedy. Terrible service and I would like to be compensated for the inconvenience and the extra money that I spent.
IVAN STruck was dirty. Dolly wasn't left on truck and I paid for one. Office was closed so I couldn't get one. Lady who answered said she would be back at 11 my reservation was at 8:30. Hindered my moving process & the lady never came so I had to go to another store to buy another dolly.

Katrina CTruck had a check engine light on. The original truck I ordered wasn't there like it was supposed to be. Delayed my pick up by more than an hour. Truck tank was pretty much empty. Over not a good experience and I've rented uhual trucks for years. Worst experience to date.
destinee tThe truck was full of trash and when I contacted rental site they were rude and no accommodating left me stranded and I had to make other arrangements to get my things moved.
Thomas CI reserved a 10 ft truck for $19.99, but when I got there the employee told me that it wasn't working and I had 2 choices. One to go on UHall website to find another 10ft truck somewhere else, or pay for a 15 ft truck. I didn't think it was fair to pay for a bigger truck but I certainly didn't have time to go searching for a 10ft as I had a scheduled time to move into my apartment. So I was forced to pay 29,99 as the employee said she could not change the pricing in the computer! Ugh. Also very sketchy area.
Karen MBe available to answer phone calls and if someone does leave a voice mail message there should be an immediate response, not 30 minutes later, especially if you are open for business .

Niko GFirst of all I pull up to the location and I start doing the checkout process I didn’t get the link to check out the car until 30 minutes after I was done I had to take a video and just left because the customer care representative on the phone kept telling me she sending it but I never got it until after I just got fed up and left the truck then I have the dolly in it even though I purchase a dolly the gas tank only had 116 miles to E.

Sylvester BI reserved a U-Haul that had clothes in it, trash in it and no dolly. The gas light was also on. I reserved the U-Haul on December 24th and they charged my card in February. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. My neighbor leant us his dolly to be able to move because it was not supplied in moving 3-4 bedroom apartment. I actually want a refund for the inconvenience.
Chantaye MWhen I arrived there was a trailer on truck I had to literally take off a trailer luckily I wasn't by myself otherwise I'm sure I wouldn't have left with the Uhaul . I was charged 59,95 for a 29,95 truck because I went over 40 min of my time and I wasn't aware.

My day was very frustrated, but thanks to this location, it ended well. Even though it was time consuming and frustrating, I actually loved how detailed and verification process.

Regina ANo dolly I was still charged for using also ending payment was charged more for equipment that I did not use and was never on the truck I only moved clothes in bags from one apartment to another I return the uhaul 6 hours earlier and only drove 6 miles gas tank was full and pads never removed i don’t understand the extra charges

Lamar BSpent an hour trying to locate the key to the truck with u haul customer service. The truck was dirty, the requested equipment was not on the truck but was charged for it. Wasn't a good look for me to return

Jermaine MThe closing mechanism on the trailer door was more rusted and hard to use than most Uhaul trailers of this type I have rented. The person who rented me the trailer was very nice, but did not cross the chains when she hooked it up. I chose not to correct her but to redo it at home.

Natalie SDrop off location blamed or on the other location says she can't change price the system and if she would had known she would have just gave me late charge, she recommended what's I already attending on doing call 1800 # and the probably workout something, called the 1800# and they told me the drop off location was the only one that could make changes this is a JOKE! Never again

Lee SI had trouble with the online return.... It would/could not identify my location in spite of sharing setting on my iphone. Another return customer was there at the same time and had similar problem. Of course, who knows if that is a UHaul issue or an internet issue.
Duane CThat's the problem. I didn't drop off in Georgia. It was a trip to DC and upon going to 2215 5th Str. to drop it off I was told it was the wrong truck at the wrong place. Erroneous billing followed and two phone calls to the DC site failed toy get any help despite assurances that they would call back. You have two wonderful customer service ladies who finally rectified the error. If you call me I would be happy to sing their praises. Don't know where the error occurred but when a mistake like this is made, a lot more courtesy is needed.
