• Failed to leave keys in accessible location, causing me to get the U-Haul late and miss residence move-out date, costing me money. • Failed to provide dolly with U-haul as indicated in reservation • Failed to interact with U-Haul associate in a helpful way to correct their mistake in real time • Blamed U-haul for everything

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey trying to charge us for mileage and stuff that we didn’t use. We didn’t go that far in the truck. I also took pictures of the mileage and everything else. No, I would recommend no one to use these people if you want to use U-Haul you need to go on the inside because doing self service is not what time it is at this location very poor very
ANTONIO RUnfortunately , this Uhual truck had no A/C and smelled like stale smoke. No setting worked to blow cool air and it made our drive brutal in summer. It could have been cleaned out better, there was food on the floor board and a broken exacto knife left on the dash. I usually have a decent experience at this location but this was not great. It served its purpose as a truck, but could be maintained better before the next rental.
