this facility is a plain jane type of place. everything you need with no frills. people are fantastic and respond at the drop of a hat. Prices are great.
michael h | Expérience généraleTell the customer all the proper information. I used a one-way rental and was not told that additional days were not refundable. I only needed the truck for 3 days was told I could turn it in early and only charged for the days used, but I was charged for 5 days!

Kelvin R | Expérience généraleI was renting from Eastwood Storage Since 2018-2024, 6 years thousands of dollars spent in renting. I trusted this facility for a very long time. I appreciated them renting me the units I had. The facility and it's managers at that time were wonderful. I felt my belongings were safe never had to worry about anything I could go to my units at any time and didn't have to look over my shoulder every five minutes. Until a few months ago when they became under new management, the prices went up, and things just didn't seem right after that. On September 19 I went to my units to notice one of my LOCKS had been ground off. Needless to say things were missing from my unit. At the time the manager was covering for another facility, so I had to call Uhaul who informed me to call the Sheriff which I did. The cameras were pointed up to the sky for the aisle my unit was in, on both sides. When I finally spoke to the manager about the incident, he told me that the cameras did not even work. The only ones that worked were the ones at the gate and behind the office building. He also stated that there were other units being broken into as well over some period of time. Umm wouldn't you think the owner or whoever would contact all the renters and forewarn them that this was happening? Also after the break in I completely moved out all three units because I had no idea who did it or if they were coming back. Anyone can put 4 numbers in and get through the gate which looks like someone has plowed right through the gate. The very last day I was moving out of the unit I came up to put my number into the keypad, I am waiting for the gate to close first and I moved up, the gate automatically opened and stayed open long enough for numerous cars to come through. That to me is very dangerous. Out of the three units I was renting the security deposits I gave when I rented, I only was told I would receive one because that is all I deposited. This isn't true but I was already aggravated at the whole situation. So, no I would not recommend this facility because they do not have proper security cameras that work, the gate that is around the facility in the far back is opened and a trail leads into the woods. So anyone is able to just walk on in. and they can not guarantee you that you belongings are going to be safe. In the contract it states they are not liable for numerous things and clauses and such. Now do not get me wrong the managers who have been there, they have been helpful with whatever issue I have had, but this little hiccup was uncalled for, and to this day I have not received any calls or updates about what they plan on doing. Be Safe and choose wisely.

MELISSA FI went to White Oak Storage where my reservation was and they had no trucks. So they called and found a truck at Eastwood Storage. Why didn't anyone call or email me to let me know that I would need to go elsewhere. The people were great but your system has a serious flaw. I also wasted 2 hours because Eastwood doesn't open until 10:00am and my reservation was for 8:00am. Then I apparently went over on mileage since I had to drive further to pick up the truck and got charged $20.83, for something that was not my fault. The guy at Eastwood was great to work with.
