I would absolutely use the storage again if the need arises. I'm extremely satisfied with the entire experience-from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn't be more pleased.

it was the wooden one on nrt 3.....it had stones in unsure about lighting didn't go there in the dark... I Hit the "NO" because I couldn't end the survey otherwise also refer a friend but I was treated great and they understood my dilemma...Bambi and her team are great I still have 2 other units on Sharon ave....

For 5 years I have had nothing but excellent service and interactions with the facility staff. The storage unit was easily accessible.

My only suggestion is that some of the asphalt needs some patch work. The entrance was nicely done but there are some spots that should be corrected. Other than that if I needed a storage facility my first thought would be to contact you.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Site was clean and safe. If we need a unit in Plattsburgh again I hope they would have one available.

This self storage provided an easy access and were very helpful with the self storage process I will definitely be uaing them again.

There must have been a leak in the storage unit as the futon was soaked when we went to empty the storage unit.

Thru the years l have had the storage unit the experience was a positive one. The two employees Bambi and Crystal i have dealt with where both very professional and pleasant to solve any issues. Very pleased with the service.

11/3/18 Called, reserved and arrived to sign agreement & load unit. Sign on the door "Due to Illness, closed unitl Nov 5" 518 phone is call center in AZ & cld not help me. No unit, no help, not good.

Unit was clean and well maintained. Snow was always plowed for easy access during winter months. Staff is very friendly. I didn't have any complaints in the 12 months I was a customer.

The girls in the office were extremely helpful and friendly. Even the one girls that was only there for two days! Get staff clean storage and EASY ACCESS and reserving was a snap! Merci

I never moved in wasn`t trying to get a place to store my stuff until July not sure how this date was scheduled. But I don`t need the facility right now.
