Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAffordable, accessible, and convenient were tantamount in choosing this storage space. But what stood, hands down, above it all was the customer service I received. Crystal was a charm! So very helpful, and kind. She's incomparable!
Brian D | Expérience généraleI never was able to use the unit... However, I am very happy with the service!! Should I, or anyone else I know have use of a storage unit, I will highly recommend this company!! Hope the new year brings all of you some happiness!! Thank you!!
Robert M | Expérience généraleThe door was very difficult to open because it was sorely in need of lubrication.
Sharlyn W | Expérience généraleThe storage unit was always secure and clean. The area was well lit and I always had easy access to the unit at all hours. Staff person Kayla was very friendly and extremely efficient. A great storage facility!
Alan R | Expérience généraleWe haven't used the site yet. We are renting it starting in July 1st for the month. There was an error filling out the paperwork.
Jeffery B | Expérience généraleI have rented a unit 3 times and always use this facility because of the friendly service and secured facility.
Magaline J | Expérience généraleYes, the facility was always maintained well and the front staff girl unfortunately I can’t recall. Her name was extremely pleasant at all times. She always made sure to communicate. It was ever any issues not unfortunately my card had gotten compromise and I forgot to change it with you guys, but she immediately Got a hold of me and was so sweet about it. I gave her the info needed and there was no issues. Thank you for keeping my items safe when I needed it most and definitely if I ever need to go back I will definitely use you and recommend you to all my family and friends. I hope you all enjoy your weekend and stay dry again thank you very much and the front end girl was absolutely amazing.
Amy R | Expérience généraleI would absolutely use the storage again if the need arises. I’m extremely satisfied with the entire experience—from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and I couldn’t be more pleased.
ANGELA S | Expérience généraleIf I am in need of storage in the future, I would definitely rent a space from easy Self Storage.
