This location was a little challenging when picking up the truck. The truck was parked in the back with a trailer with a flat tire parked fairly close to the truck. I was a little worried about getting a nail in our vehicle because there was a lot of debris in the parking area. We picked up the first truck at Pets Plus which was our preferred location.Stephanie S.

This is one of the most horrible experience I have had. If I had a choice I would not use5 your services. 1st the location I was sent to did not have the option of getting the keys after hours. Last time I checked 12 AM was after hours. I had to wait 55 minutes to speak with a representative only to have to drive 1 hour to pick up my vehicle then wait another hour to get the keys. I had to provide 4 contacts in case I don't return the vehicle. Who would want to steal a uhaul not only do you call these individuals at a late hour but refuse to have an alternate process when no one answer after 12AM. Needless to say no compensation was given for my inconvenience. At this point I don't even know if I received the 50,00 $ credit I was promised.Omica L.

The customer service was terrible! This is completely unacceptable service, I feel I was discriminated against when I showed up to pick the truck up and when I returned it, this is by far the worse UHaul experience I have had! Has nothing at all to do with the location, the issues I had are not their fault. Uhaul canceled my order, could not reschedule my order online and then it took 4 phone calls, waiting over 30 min on each call to finally over two hours later getting some that could help me get my reservation rescheduled. A 6 pm pick up turned into a 9 pm pick up. Absolutely awful experience with the uhaul company.Daniel F.

I uploaded my drivers license a few days before picking up the truck and was asked to repeat this in the app. i accidentally enter them in the wrong order so it would not authorize me to move forward. The items i ordered to go with my truck were not inside the truck. I had to go into the office to get they keys, give my license and request the blankets and dollies. Only one dolly was set out despite requesting two different kinds. All in all, not a fan of the app. I won't use it again.Patricia S.

The auto trailer that was rented was located in an area that was difficult to get to due to it was continuously blocked with customer cars. I had to go back inside to get someone to move the cars so that I could get to the trailer. Then I had to go get an employee to come out and hook it up. The employee excuse was they were short handed. Their whole setup needs some re-organization. I will not be renting from that location again nor will I recommend them.Kenny W.

We were told our u-haul trailers lights weren't working because the van we had rented had a bad connection. They tested and told us this - we couldn't do anything since we were leaving on a church youth mission trip on Sunday morning (the next day). One of our participants brought his truck - and once again the trailer light (turn signal/brake lights/running lights) were not working properly. So the problem was with the trailer - not our vehicle. We got it to our work place and home - but it stayed parked while there. Should have tried a different trailer on the day we rented it.DANIEL H.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. The customer service people at both my pickup and drop off locations were very helpful. The only drawback in truck rental is mileage costs. I would prefer more options than 0,89 a mile, which can be cost prohibitive.Mark M.

This was the absolute worst and most ridiculous experience ever! It started with a call saying I'd get a bigger truck for the same price because of availability. I picked up the truck assigned at Eddies Towing on Saturday at 3:01. I was told to go to myuhaul to check it out , which I did. Left early Sunday to Waynesboro. Truck drive really rough and sounded horrible. It had a hard time starting several times. Got it unloaded and dropped it off at Rosner Motorsports Sunday at 2 pm. Went to myuhaul again as instructed and it stated I had no reservation. I took pictures of everything including the just filled fuel tank. I called the toll free number and was told it's because I tried to check in on the wrong website. Not the one I was instructed to. I was then transferred because it now stated I never picked the truck up. Supposedly that person fixed it. Three hours later I get a text to return the truck. I chat messaged a man named , Roy. I had during this time realized I was overcharged by 11$. I told Roy. I was quoted 113$ for the truck. 28$ for insurance and with taxes it would be 156$ . I was charged 167$. Roy stated there were charges they didn't tell me about and that Rosner would finish my truck check in first thing in the morning. I was told a refund of my 11$ was issued but it might take up to 5 days. At 3pm Monday I finally got an email that the truck was returned. I doubt I'll see my 11$ . This was insane and made an already emotional and frustrating day that much worseChristine M.
