Estuardo LopezDesign and field a better car trailer. The one you have is dangerous! Thankfully I checked my load numerous times. You need 4 wheel straps with dual tightening straps. The center ones you have easily loosen or shift!

HRUDAY ESHWAR RE KANALAThe location had nothing to do with the experience. We had to go to this location because our u-haul broke down and it took 5 hours for them to get a tow truck to us. It was hard to get a hold of roadside assistance AND they actually gave the tow truck company incorrect information which added another hour. We had 2 small dogs on the side of I-95. It was a terrible experience.

Excuse us sir, we aren't experts....how were we supposed to know that's where you wanted us to park? And how are we to get way back in that itty bitty corner? Then he just drove away. Luckily, we encountered an older gentleman who helped us out.
Zaccheus Wright WalkerReview for U-Haul corporate: there was a U-Haul 1 minute away frome to drop off at. Instead I had to drive further away to drop off. Customers should not be taking on U-Hauls job to move vehicles to a location that is suitable for U-Haul, in addition to taking down information such a as miles, gas, etc.

Vasaga TiloThe problem I have is that I pit in a reservation for a 26' truck over a month previously with another location. The day before my reservation that location said a 26' truck was not available. There was a truck that was supposed to be retuned to Eddie's Repair shop and they offered me a 15' truck. I called Eddie's about the return truck and they did not think it was going to be returned on time which it did not. Eddie's was great said that they had a 20' truck which the original location never mentioned. Beware U-Hauls system is terrible and make it very difficult to make a self move.

Rachel LongA U-Haul Employee sent me to a location for my one way trip from King George VA to Lynchburg but the truck she sent me to was only for local . This has been confirmed 2 times . This cost me $250. In hotel, food and labor costs . After many phone calls to Seth and Bryce they refused to reimburse me for the above added expenses
Deborah LambVehicle was dirty - inside & out. The cab and truck bed were filthy. Sticky liquid all over steering wheel, less than 1/4 tank of gas in truck. Moving pads were dirty.
Michael DunnReserved a 26' truck several weeks in advance and was given a 15' truck. The representative told me I had previously agreed to this switch but that did NOT happen. I was moving a 5 bedroom house and it would make no sense to rent a 15' truck. Very frustrating experience overall. I had hired movers on both ends of the move for 3 hours each but since the truck was so small they only worked for 2 hours before the truck was full. A waste of money for me. Also, this forced me to make 2 trips instead of one which increased the gas price for me as well as several hours of loading a second truck by myself. This review is not indicative of the pick up location, just my overall experience.

Stacy WashingtonI reserved my U-Haul a month before my move and chose a location close to my house to pick up the truck. The day before the move, I received a call telling me I would need to drive an hour and 15 min to the nearest location to pick up the truck. I didn't quite understand how if I had a reservation at a certain location, why the truck wouldn't be there. They did credit me the milage though. I also had reserved a storage unit at a certain location too. when I got there, I was told they didn't have space and sent me to another location. Again they were accommodating but I had specifically reserved the space at the first location with the reservation.

John WaltersLocation of the uhaul trucks in the lot was not very convenient I was concerned with being able to maneuver between all the other trucks and cars. Would be helpful if the rental was moved towards the exit before pickup.

This was a very Stressful move because of being affected by Covid 19 that caused me to need to relocate their candor and support truly touched my heart. And the way they Teamed with another Uhaul location at Pet Smart was truly a God Sent! I want to Thank both Uhaul locations. That why I have Never Used anyone but Uhaul for my Move! Excellent Service.

Bernard RoganHad to walk too far to get truck in the back of a lot full of salvaged vehicles. The office was not the best nor were they organized. The truck had less gas than what they said. After bringing the truck back two days later they called me and said the truck was still showing out.

carol howellThis location was a little challenging when picking up the truck. The truck was parked in the back with a trailer with a flat tire parked fairly close to the truck. I was a little worried about getting a nail in our vehicle because there was a lot of debris in the parking area. We picked up the first truck at Pets Plus which was our preferred location.

Kelly InghamThis is one of the most horrible experience I have had. If I had a choice I would not use5 your services. 1st the location I was sent to did not have the option of getting the keys after hours. Last time I checked 12 AM was after hours. I had to wait 55 minutes to speak with a representative only to have to drive 1 hour to pick up my vehicle then wait another hour to get the keys. I had to provide 4 contacts in case I don't return the vehicle. Who would want to steal a uhaul not only do you call these individuals at a late hour but refuse to have an alternate process when no one answer after 12AM. Needless to say no compensation was given for my inconvenience. At this point I don't even know if I received the $50 credit I was promised.
