Jason HTook the representative awhile to get to us had to hook up the trailer myself and it took about 20 minutes for the guy to get the appliance dolly to me the trailer was in good condition but the appliance dolly was difficult to roll with load on it brought the equipment back on a Saturday afternoon no one to check it in overall a disappointment in the service
GARY GThis location itself was fine. Biggest problem. It was an hour in a half from where I live. Being flexible on where to pick up is completely different then going 10 cities away. Plus I had to go a day early. Miss work. Very inconvenient. The lady at the he 800 number was so rude! Unprofessional. Ran out of room in the truck. Had to rent a trailer at the last min. Took an hour for the rental guy and uhaul to figure out his computer issues. The man didn't hook up the trailer correctly. It literally came off the hutch while we were driving. Had to call uhaul road side assistance. That added another 2 hours of wasted time on moving day.
AMY HThe 12 pads and furniture dolly, that wr had ordered, were not there. And your online process for puck up couldn't fond our resevation, so we gad to waste 45 minutes on the phone AND online to finally get access to the truck which turned out yo have slightly mire than. 3/4 full gsd tabk accirding to the guage.
Paul LShould have had more 1-way trucks available in the Provo area. Having us go way out of our way to get the truck is an inconvenience.
Jack DThe ratchets for the over tire straps were operable but need to be cleaned, lubricated, or possibly replaced.
Brett KThe trailer was covered in snow. It would have been nice not to have to shovel it out before we loaded it.
NATHAN OThe pick-up process was an absolute joke. Having to have 2 other references in order to pick it up. Especially when picking it up early, the references weren't too happy to receive a verification phone call. Definitely an unnecessary part of the whole process.

Rodrigo ABeing charged for fuel when I returned it with more fuel than I got it. It was given with 1/8 and I returned it with 1/3. Seems like a scam location.
Albert MThis a comment about what you did right. I needed a 5x8 covered trailer. You made sure there was one available. You also called me the day before pick up to let me know the trailer would be at the pick up location. I really appreciated those things.

SAMUEL CI dropped the vehicle off the same evening I picked it up. I gave the attendant the keys and offered the mileage and fuel level (as I took a picture of them). He said he'd take care of it then my vehicle doesn't show complete until 10:54 the next day...? That is concerning to me.
ROBERT CHave employee go over different parts of the truck features. We could not locate the tow on off switch and had to call to find it.
Rachelle SThe location I reserved a trailer did not have the trailer when I received even though it was supposedly guaranteed. Make sure the guaranteed equipment is actually ready. Thankfully this other location was able to provide the trailer.

Kathleen DThe clerk who help me with the rental, never came out with me to; help me hook the trailer, did not went over the equipment with me outside. Normally and always the clerk comes out to make sure the customer got what he/she is renting.
Raul CLess than enthusiastic personalty at customer service counter. Asked to pickup in mt. Pleasent, utah had to drive 60 to Nephi, Utah to pick up trailer. Location was changed after i ordred trailer rental.
Dale MVery poor setup to rent from uhaul. It's in a gas station. When I picked it up, the guy almost felt put out that he needed to help me. I've rented from u-haul a few times. They've always connected the trailer to my pickup truck. This place said it would be $25 if we hook it up. Never came out to check the equipment or my hook-up. Then when I returned it. There was one gas station worker. Told me she didn't know how to return the trailer and that the person that did was out on a tow truck pickup. Didn't offer to help at all or call anyone. We ended up calling uhaul to confirm our drop off. I dropped it off in the exact location I picked it up. This is the worst uhaul rental place. I'd urge everyone to avoid it.

Jason HMake sure the truck is at the correct pickup location. I was suppose to pick up the truck at a location about 1 mile from my house. I had to drive over 30 miles to this location.
Sandra BKent was awesome and very sympathetic that the Uhaul computer system forced me to drive much further than I had planned. I was very impressed with how he handled the situation and would work with him again.
Joseph EThe paperwork said to call when we got into town. The lady on the phone was not helpful. I had to wait around for a "uhaul person" to help me. When the person arrived at sight he said to drop it off by the other uhaul stuff. I could have done all that without them.

JON PLady behind the counter stated she did not know anything about how to handle return and the " guy" would handle it later. We retuned the truck at 2pm Friday the 26th. I then got an email with a new bill for an additional $115 charge for " being a day late " and extra miles. The new invoice said I checked it in Saturday at 10:30am. The extra miles were due to the drop off location being 125 miles from where we moved. It was the closest location and I was told at pick up that I would Not be charged. I called the location and left a message but 2 days later still not call back. I will NOT use U haul again!
