I prefer renting here over anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and get you taken care of quickly. The bill is always correct and never have problems with the equipment

Vehicle was a little hard to drive because of the wear and tear, gas cap came off, steering was loose, but it was clean, very loud engine , terrible mileage, but it got the job done, tires were great

U-Haul website was down when I arrived for my pick up so no rentals could happen I was told. That was very frustrating as I was on a strict time schedule which really threw a wrench in things! I wasn't able to pick up until 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled pick up time.

Worst experience in every facet of customer care. the vendor location finding a way to charge me exactly my deposit to the penny, rusty useless dolly and truck with bad brakes and engine lights. Then CSR claimed I drove 36 miles and the truck only gets 7mpg. When I escalated it; your “manager†clearly couldn't be bothered to read my notes and follow up. When I said so; they just didn't reply. Theft and greed and/or poor management, training and Customer service lost you at least one customer. A few dollars that I AM CLEARLY OWED if anyone just took the time to read was all it wouldn't taken.

The trailer was clean inside and functioned ok. My complaint is the lack of simple maintenance on the moving parts like the door, latch and hitch. A little WD40 or lubricant would go a long way to present well maintained equipment. Seems Uhaul runs the trailers without any regular attention.
