Everything was explained to me cleary and professionally. I actually saved a lot of money by using Uhaul. The owner of the business was extremely nice and patient with me. This move was very unexpected and stressful and this location eased a lot of those doubts. I didn't know that there were different types of dollys for use. I would definitely use this location again.

The gentleman who rented the trailer was very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was the inside of the trailer had something very sticky on the floor! There was a dent on the right fender. The app expired too soon to let me record information, license plate number, etc. other than that I was able to deliver the furniture to my Niece unharmed.

I prefer renting here over anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and get you taken care of quickly. The bill is always correct and never have problems with the equipment

Vehicle was a little hard to drive because of the wear and tear, gas cap came off, steering was loose, but it was clean, very loud engine , terrible mileage, but it got the job done, tires were great

Make sure the rental vehicle is properly cleaned out. When I tried the vehicle the cab was quite dirty.

U-Haul website was down when I arrived for my pick up so no rentals could happen I was told. That was very frustrating as I was on a strict time schedule which really threw a wrench in things! I wasn't able to pick up until 2 1/2 hours after my scheduled pick up time.
