Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWe got there and a sign saying they were closed. Did not email me to tell me that I was doing self check in? It took me 30 mins to call and figure out everything. So I paid for 30 mins of frustration because my time still started at 8 not 8:30. The truck was dirty in the cab.
Kent TTell the customer that the check engine light comes on before they take the truck.
PAUL RGreat customer service. Would rent from here every time.
Anita MThe owner was great to work with!
