CAROLE EMarty the owner of the shop is so friendly it’s over all a great renting U-Haul experience!! The only location I ever rent my U-Haul from.
REBEKKAH CThey was no windshield fluid in truck that would work. The backdoor was frozen shut, it took me 45 minutes to get it open. The 800 number for roadside assistance was worthless. Telling me we don't response to frozen backdoors, you have to wait it out. I had 1 person give me a tip to try. It did work. This was not on the locations fault in anyway. I have used Uhaul for years and this was a 1st. Also it would be very helpful to install the downs in the trucks. The boards on the walls do not work or hold well in all situations.
