They are doing just fine at this location in my opinion and I’ve been doing business with them a few times over the past couple years
James RI was having trouble checking in online but luckily a very sweet woman who worked there came to work right then and graciously helped me with all of the paperwork. I would have been there for hours if she hadn't come in right when I needed her.

Michael TLower the cost of rentals. It cost me $136 for 35 miles. But other than that Uhual is best to rent from and if I need to use another rental it will definitely be Uhual

DAVID WIn renting a car hauler trailer, I experienced one of the tires having a slow leak. I didn't notice it till my cargo was already on and the tire looked extremely low. However, after airing up the tire, everything went fine. It was a slow leak, so as long as I added air periodically, it was fine. After renting, I relayed the experience to the staff, so they could remedy the situation before the next rental.

MICHAEL DA couple of the tires on the right side were low on air, so I aired them up to 40 psi. The trailer was heavy duty and clean and the service was excellent. I would recommend using u-haul for any moving you have to do.
Anthony RThe only issue I had at all was with the U-Haul website. Overall it was pretty good but would not allow me to select the closest drop off location. Instead I was forced to select a location that was further away and call the scheduling department to have it corrected. The self drop off process worked very well.

Marshall RThe only reason I wouldn't recommend this specific location is because the location was not convenient. We have no problems with this place. However, we did have a BIG problem with Uhaul. We reserved the Uhaul we needed about 3 weeks in advance. Less than 24 hours before we were to pick it up, we got a call letting us know it was not available. They wanted me to get a larger truck, which I was not comfortable with driving out of state. After an hour on the phone, my husband, who was out of town on business, was able to locate a truck over an hour away. When I got there to get the truck, they did not have the appliance dolly that we had reserved. Then, after more phone calls and time on the phone, I had to drive to another town to pick this dolly up. We don't live in the middle of no where. We live an a larger area and should not have had this much trouble getting a truck...especially since we had reserved it 3 weeks prior. This made for a very bad experience with Uhaul for us and we are not sure we will ever use Uhaul again..

Gerhard FThe staff seemed nice enough, but the office operation was really unprofessional. The equipment was the worst I have ever experienced from U-Haul. The staff said it was dirty, but they were busy. The truck cabin reeked of cigarette smoke. The windshield had a crack and was clearly not cleaned after an overnight return, as there were bug splatters and dirt. I've never had these issues before, so I assume it is just the small office and location. Thought you should know.

Todd SThe people there said they would not hook up the car transport to the truck. Why go to a professional if they aren't going to make sure the equipment is hooked up correctly and they say they don't know how to do it themselves.

Lisa WTried to do the online checkin. Web site was not working and had to call in. The person that helped me on the phone was very helpful. But took me 45 min for the whole process (wait on call was extremely long due to high volume of calls)
Kevin HOne bad tire on trailer told us we could take it to springfield to have it changed if we wanted to and inside was never cleaned, looked like some one opened a pop all over inside of windshield and had to drive 1 hour to pick up truck and trailer
