This location has incredibly limited operating hours, which already makes logistics difficult. To avoid any issues, I proactively contacted them before my arrival, yet the office was completely closed during their posted opening hours. After getting no answer to multiple stressful phone calls, they finally returned my call an hour later to explain they were just on a lunch break. Leaving an office completely unattended during regular hours without notice is unacceptable and caused a lot of unnecessary stress.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisYour corporate reservation system is horrible. This location was 10 minutes from my house. But ur system was sending me to joplin which is an hour and a half away. A customer has to be very proactive.
todd cEFI Group was great to work with after another location let us down. The trailer was ready when we got there, but we discovered it had a flat tire. They immediately went to work, changing it and getting us on the road, would definitely rent from here again.!
