This pick up location was average but poor wifi unable to "check in" for the first 6 times from 2 phones. The worst customer service on Friday. The woman I spoke to the first 2 calls was rude, disrespectful, and I was treated like a second class citizen. She hung up on me also, I'm in customer service and if this woman ever talked to a customer like that at my business, she would have been terminated immediately. Yes it was THAT bad. When I needed help getting the code to get the keys I was told everyone else can do it and no one has this problem, I don't know why you can't do it,and she stated rudely she doesn't work for the phone company so she has no solution for me. When I asked her to change her tone she yelled very rudley if you don't like it then call 1-800 Uhaul and HUNG UP on me. She put me on long holds just to not have to help me. I seriously was in shock.. totally unprofessional I would like to be contact by a manager so I can ensure this doesn't happen to other people ever again. The 3rd call the woman was helpful and professional not to be confused with the first 2 calls on Friday.Melinda B.

I was not told before my pick up that no one would be at the location and I would have to use my mobile device to access the keys. They also did not provide me with all the equipment that I ordered. I was told someone from this location would contact me within a couple hours regarding a refund, but no one did.Corinne K.
The overall experience with U-haul system is terrible. The people are friendly but the experience was NOT good. I have never had to deal with such a convoluted system. The process of getting an activation code to get the U-haul truck from the Emerald Self storage area was very difficult to say the least. We were fortunate to get a very nice gentlemen on the phone to assist us, but it took over 2 hours for the rental process over the phone. To be clear - it's the U-haul system that was awful, not the people.Larry K.

Felt ripped off Only had a 26' truck and even though I didn't need one nearly that large, I was left with no choice but to pay for it. Also cost me extra because of more fuel. Also thought there was a flat rate but was only given a mileage option. Would've been cheaper to hire moversdavid W.

This location was excellent. The gentleman at Emerald self storage was very helpful because we had trouble finding the place. The problem was I didn't rent from it. I tried to rent from a location right down the street from where I was working and UHAUL decided to send me an hour away for my pickup. I will not use UHAUL ever again!!!!!Michael C.

Location and equipment meet my expectations, customer service was good to very good. The requested location was 15 miles closer to my home and U-Haul had two weeks to meet that request and failed. Additionally, the discount for delivery of your equipment to a different location was not applied since I was required to return the equipment to the original location. Last, there was insufficient notification of these changes.GAIL R.

I was charged for way too many miles. My trip was no more than 60 miles and I was charged for 150 miles. The truck had warning lights flashing in the dash. It took a long time to have the paperwork written up before we left. Man in charge was very friendly.wiliam L.
