Had the best experience picking up the trailer! The owner helped hook up the trailer to my jeep for me! So easy to work with and so kind!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMaybe a tutorial video for the online pick up process beforehand to make pickup smother. And a list of things needed for pick online. Valid drivers license for all operators. And a how to on the standard operating systems of said vehicle. Not everyone knows which buttons do what on some of the bigger vehicles. But otherwise excellent experience.
Kiel BEasy mobile pickup and drop off.
Shridat SI arrived at location just as closing and no one was available. I did the drop box and all went well.
