They gave me the wrong truck and I was charged double then what I was told never again!

Nice people, clean truck, easy return cause I didn't have to use the app that never works for UHaul, just dropped the key when I turned it in with the paperwork.

Dale BI had to unhitch my trailer that was not what I experienced where I picked it up, also the trailer I had had some serious safety issues with the vehicle tie down problems , where the front safety straps kept coming off while driving , the strapping tie downs kept coming off because that assembly moved freely and could not be secured while aligning itself with the center of the front tires , this was not an operator issue.

Suzette AAllowing smoking in your trucks is gross. My vehicle reeked of cigarettes and the cup holders and dash were sticky and dirty. Also, the milage rate for this size truck is outrageous.

ARLETHA WThe staff was delightful, helpful, and friendly. The truck however, had some issues. The driver-side door did not close properly. I believe the door was bent and the seal around the door was not intact. You could hear the outside noise while driving. The gas tank had issues as well. Pumping gas was a nightmare. The truck would shut the pump off ever gallon, as if it was full, but it was not. So, every 2 seconds it would kick off. Pumping $50 worth of gas took a lot of time and was a possible hazard not knowing when it was properly filled.

Jorge MThe only problem we experienced was that it rained hard a few hours before pick-up…. and there was evidence that a pretty good amount of water leaked into the back/storage area (in the upper right front corner over the "attic"). Other than that, no problems.
David BThis is the third different trailer. I've rented in the last three weeks. Had to tow each one about 400 miles round-trip. They all worked perfect good tires good wheel bearings no problems!

William WCracked Windshield in several places. Amount charged was excessive to previous rental and as quoted on call in. Upon noticing the windshield. The site provided information that was incorrect. No-one can meet us to change the windshield. This is the second time Uhaul has failed to provide a truck without issues. In November our first half of the move, the first truck had a check engine light on from FL to TX. This was very nerve racking! No one showed any empathy or apologized. No credit or refund. Should have learned on that trip. Never again will I trust Uhaul.
Marvalee MMy initial reservation was canceled by 2 different locations in 2 different cities and transfered over to this location about 45 mins from my place. UNFORTUNATELY, 3 people showed up for the same truck and made it very difficult on the woman who was helping us. She was very nice and accommodating but U-haul put her in a very stressful situation. (Which she handled well) but caused a lot of unnecessary stress for EVERYONE involved. PLEASE NOTE: I in no way blame the woman helping for any of these issues, this is solely on U-Haul that caused so much unwanted hassle.
