Dean T.The app does not work, I spend an hour and a half calling into customer service and the vehicle was empty on gas.i see multiple charges on my credit card that I will dispute. The location is really bad and I felt like I was going to be robbed I was all alone in a dark parking lot with no help from U-Haul. This experience was bt far the worst rental experience and Im still waiting on a call. Ack fro. Customer support to correct my billing.
Matthew T.equipment was clean and well maintained, but the truck did have some minor damage to the outside from a previous user which we all noted and was ok with me.

When a customer reserves dollys, uhaul needs to insure they are providing the locations with needed equipment. This was my LAST time using uhaul. In the past 2 months I have used uhaul 4 times, each time was just a bigger cluster fuck than the last. I should have known last time I returned a truck as scheduled by uhaul to a location that wasn't open at the contracted time, but was charged an additional $200 for leaving the truck atvth

Michael M.Explain the insurance more than "its only $25 dollars" not mentioning that's a PER DAY FEE. Amazing how many hidden fees there are associated with using uhaul. What is advertised to be a $160+ 25 rental turns out to be $400. Nothing is explained and everybody is happy to sign you up knowing all about these extra fees and not explaining it. Will be doing everything in my ability not to use uhaul in the future. Im tired of getting GOT by you guys.

Matthew G.Have equipment to test trailer wireing onsite. When I picked up the 5x8 trailer, the attendant plugged in the trailer and blew a fuse in my dealer installed wireing harness. He had no way to test the wiring On the trailer, but told me that I had to take my car to have it repaired then bring it back. I did so, came back & the attendant plugged the same trailer in again and blew the fuse again! Once again the attendant told me I had to get my car repaired again! This time I had the whole system tested in my car & it was fine. I had the system tried on 2 other other non-UHAUL trailers and it worked FINE! I bought a tester and a pack of fuses and went back to the UHAUL place. I showed the attendant (with the tester) that my car was not the problem. Still once again, he plugged in the same trailer and blew the fuse! Since, now I had extra fuses, I replaced the fuse. Since he didn't have any more 5x8 trailers, the attendant called another UHAUL dealer and I went there to get the trailer. This whole experience took 3 1/2 hours. This is just unacceptable!
