did the self-drop off option since they closed early on Saturday. quick and easy
Joseph KLeena who works in the front office is amazing. Not only does this location rent U-Hauls but it's a car detailing business and a RV sales location. They parked two huge RV trailers in front of my 6x12 trailer. It took myself, Leena and a third worker 1 hour to pull the trailer out by hand around the RV trailers and an abandoned truck so that I could hook it up. It was other than fun and a major inconvenience. Your U-Haul rentals should be accessible to customers.
RORY LThe experience at Epic was assume! The service rep made it great. She was personable, professional, efficient and helpful. U-haul change the pickup location the day before. So it was by chance I went to this location and met her. Merci.

WIlliam mThe trailer auxiliary lights did not work and the dealer did not check these lights when i was given the trailer. I lost a day of my vacation because I could not travel at night.
Timothy LIncorrect fuel reading was done. A $70 charge was taken from my credit card. Luckily I had photos to prove I returned it as I received it. U-Haul fixed the problem.

Shele TThere was no where to park, there were people inside but the building was closed when we dropped off and even thought we knocked on the door to see where they wanted us to park no one came. We ended up having to park other trucks in so that we weren't blocking the road or any doors on the building.

SANG TI ordered online pickup at 8:00am. Keys were not in lockbox. Had to wait until 9am. Employees were very nice but didn't seem to know what was going on.
Kelly HCup holders and radio were very dirty and sticky.
Greg SGive the customer all the equipment and supplies that they requested. Have someone on-site who can show the customer how to hook up a tow dolly correctly!
Anthony TIt would be helpful if you would notify the customer if you are changing the pick up location to a different one than the confirmed order.

He informed me that I could turn the trailer in early but what he didn't disclose to me was that they'd keep my 500 dollars for a 1 day trailer rental with no reimbursement for unused days. He's a professional liar and I'm going to do my best to discredit him and his organization.

maurice nI was told in Alexandria to have the trailer anytime the next day and I got a call at 430pm from epic auto detailers saying where the trailer and they proceeded to charge me for a 2nd day when they shouldn’t have and I would appreciate a refund of my money

Linas PMake sure what size truck is needed. Even though I have 2 bedrooms, I needed larger than a 20 foot truck.

DONNELL DLot was very small and cramped and employee pointed to a tiny interior space in which to back the trailer into. No help was offered. Frustrating experience.
Jennifer KWe reserved a van in Newark DE three weeks prior. We received a call from U haul telling us no van nor any truck was available in Delaware. Our only option was to drive 40 miles to Joppa MD. U-Haul reservations seem to be useless and unreliable.
John LProvide accurate information regarding your products, so next customer would not experience a loss in time (money) due to inaccurate information. My vehicle was not taken with me because your equipment was not designed for large scale pickup trucks. Nor did you company compensate its equipment design for this vehicle.
Timothy PWhere do I start? First, I chose a location that was close to my residence that was changed to Fallston, MD which is the total opposite direction and five miles further away from my residence. When I contacted the Fallston, MD store I was told that I was going to have to travel another 5 miles further to Joppa, MD which is about another 3to 4 miles from residence. I was told for my inconvenience, they would give me additional 20 miles. THAT NEVER HAPPENED; HENCE I HAD TO PAY A $ 1.51. Which I feel is absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, I order 10 packing pads EPIC only had three pads. Fortunately they did not charge me the three pads. Thirdly, I get into the truck and it has just over a quarter tank of gas. I will say, I will never use U-haul again, I am going to put my displeasure on Twitter and Facebook.

Brian Cit wasn't clear it was a uhaul place. it had 3 other business in the lot. I also had problems logging onto the return your truck site. I left my vehiclele and prayed it worked out.
dwayne wThe truck was nice a And comfortable, what would have made it perfect was if the vehicle had a USB for the cell phone. I had a buddy following me and had no way to charge my phone. My buddy got lost and had no way to contact me for directions. Fortunately he found his way.
