The first I dropped off the trailer they act like they did not know the trailer was supposed to be there so U-Haul has a bit of a communication problem. There was an employee. He kept calling me. She was very rude as far as the guy that took the trailer off he was very helpful but the young lady that continues to call my phone was very rude. I would not recommend that drop off to anybody.

Lights for trailer did not work. I was told by the dealer i was good to go, all lights, brakes, signals were working. only to start driving in the dark to my destination with no working lights.
CHRISTOPHER SAustin and Tracy were wonderful, they even told my the the right side brake light and signal light wasn't working, the employee at the location i got it from did not say it was not working, but they caught that at the other location 1000 Pulaski Hwy Joppa MD 21085. Thank you guys

JAMES CPlease note: This was not the location that we scheduled and they pulled a switch to another 20. Minutes away location the evening before. The 2nd location was very helpful but the original location are not reliable! Going more miles to and back to the 2nd location caused us to pay $50 more and that should be your issue since the company changed and not us! Sad as we typically have great customer care with U-Haul but this time was very disappointing. Thanks.
