Derek RI will not recommend any Uhaul as I was quite shocked at how much it cost me . I had used Uhaul quite a lot years ago and for what I paid for this rental , I , in the past probably would of rented 3 or 4 times , for the cost of this rental! I drove 4 hrs to my pick up spot and 4 hrs back , to the cost of $1300+ , plus gas on top of that . I am just very disappointed and am sorry but I will not recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Robert MUnfriendly...demeaning... overcharged for fuel on drop off...left with indicated fuel gauge on contract was shown...upon less 1 mile driving...gauge dropped by 1/8 tank...told the gauge defective...totally rude..will register verbal complaint... unprofessional...
WILLIAM CLet the customer know in advance that the uHaul will only be held for half an hour past the exact pickup time set! If the reservation is let go after this time the window is SO tight.

Helen KI find the 6 x 12 cargo too low. If they were 6" taller an average person could stand up in them when loading items all the way to the front. I continually catch the top of my head on the open roller door. I am 5' - 9".

IAN RThe U-Haul representative Shelley in Salmon Arm is a great person and we appreciated her friendly manner and super professional attitude. She even gave us a call one day after return of the moving truck notifying us that we forgot an eyeglass case. Though we told her that we wouldn't be back in Salmon Arm before September she promised to keep it for us. Awesom!

REBECCA VFirst thing I booked a trailer in Golden bc and nothing available. Drove 2,5 hours in the wrong direction to get trailer total 5 hours of fuel and wear and tear on my truck. The trailer had 2 lights burnt out , marker and license plate. On the good side the lady i talked to at u haul was sympathetic about the situation. Trying to help the cost I lost traveling out of route. When customers are running late they should call ahead.

Allan BAfter 1 week of having my trailer and hauling from Edmonton to the Shuswap area, it was nice to return it to a dealer that I knew, and had rentals with for 2 decades. Eric's Shuswap Automotive is a great place to deal with. The U-Haul office is within a car repair building that the same family has had since 2001. It was a pleasure to chat with them again and return our trailer to them. During my trip, and a previous one, I had the need to phone U-Haul to modify and/or change my reservation. Both times the agent(s) were pleasant, cooperative and accommodating. Highly recommend using U-Haul for your moving needs!
