Only issue I had was when I tried to check back in on the app, couldn't verify my location, should have a barcode or something to scan if location doesn't work, but overall great rental

Guillermo Njust received my receipt and not happy. when I left the u-Haul the vendor said there is 3/4 of a tank of gas, it was just under that. I put in $10 which brought it back to the same level, just under 3/4. Now I am invoiced an extra $8,5 for 2 gallons of gas. Impossible since I only drove 25 miles. I also attempted to do the truck return on my phone. The system did not allow me access to do this. After trying 3x I called customer service and they took the milage info. Now I am charged a $20 fee for after hours service when your system did not allow me to complete. I feel totally ripped off for $28.50. I have rented many U-Hauls in my life and this will certainly be the last besides me passing this on to others unless you correct this situation.
michael sIt's not the location that's the problem, it's U-Haul. I had to wait over a half hour to return the vehicle because the application couldn't detect my location, only to be told by your support person to "just drop off the key" Now I'm looking at a $40 surcharge on the rental which I'm disputing through my bank

Thomas DOnly complaint I should not bin charged for after hours charge of $20 . I dropped off the trailer by 18 hours early. Location was good trailer was good.

Qiana CThe drop off location would NOT accept the trailer because they said they were no longer affiliated or doing business with U-Haul. I found another dealer nearby to accept the trailer and I tried to reserve a trailer for the ride home. I paid $180 for the trip up and was quoted at $1 200 for the travel back. Yes, $1 200!!! The DEFINITION OF PRICE GOUGING!! I will be leaving this review on every site I can as well as the BBB!

SHAWN MDon't give the next customer a vehicle with a flat tire. Don't have your customer service reps lie about the location of equipment. Don't make customers drive 180 miles to pick up equipment wasting an entire day instead of packing.
