Guillermo N.just received my receipt and not happy. when I left the u-Haul the vendor said there is 3/4 of a tank of gas, it was just under that. I put in $10 which brought it back to the same level, just under 3/4. Now I am invoiced an extra $8,5 for 2 gallons of gas. Impossible since I only drove 25 miles. I also attempted to do the truck return on my phone. The system did not allow me access to do this. After trying 3x I called customer service and they took the milage info. Now I am charged a $20 fee for after hours service when your system did not allow me to complete. I feel totally ripped off for $28.50. I have rented many U-Hauls in my life and this will certainly be the last besides me passing this on to others unless you correct this situation.
