Don’t book any equipment… they don’t have any!!!and they only have one van

Randy RIt was okay, the vehicle was great, no lock provided on it though for a long distance drive. The owner just felt like I had to always wait on. Seemed like he cancelled the previous reservation I had and redid all the info. I was in a hurry as I had planned the reservation a month before. Him asking me for all the information again was just a waste of my time. The ubaul in the back was blocked and when I told him about it he told me to wait. Mind you I was in a rush, be more conciderate of other peoples time. Expecially when the order was paid for and it was over 2000 dollars paid up front. Will never suggest this place
Francisco SThere was no indication that this was a Uhaul site. There was no parking and I was forced to leave the rental in the middle of the road.
Tony ADrivers side mirror was damaged prior to our rental but it was not obvious at pickup. Mirror subsequently fell off while we were driving on the highway. This delayed our trip by several hours waiting for roadside assistance to locate the part and complete the replacement, requiring us to stop to sleep at a rest stop due to how late it was. This delay also caused us to miss our appointment for movers. Additionally, we did not receive the equipment we rented (dolly, appliance dolly and furniture pads). Will never use uhaul again. Need refund for materials not provided as well as a significant refund for leasing us an unsafe vehicle that cost us time that we will never get backback. Kindly resolve immediately or I will be forced to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. Sincerely, Richard Smith
Richard SRenting through the app is bullshit! I was never able to pick the van up through the app or return it. If the store wasn't open I would never have been able to rent the van. Totally fucking useless! Truck share anytime my ass! Get it fixed!

WAYNE KUnable to return rental on mobile app. I had called the rental location when I knew I was going to miss closing time but then the mobile app would not recognize my location. I waited on line with U-Haul Customer Service for over 45 minutes twice to make sure they knew I returned the van by 5:30pm. No success. But receipt came on Monday and no extra charges.

DAVID HThe key drop box was damaged and open. I was not able to leave the key in the drop box. The online chat agent had me place the key under the driver's seat and leave the passenger door unlocked. I felt uncomfortable doing that.

Don't be rude to customers calling on the phone. Don't leer at women in the parking lot. I will be steering clear of this location in every way possible.

Joseph GThe link would not let me return the vehicle. I tried my phone and someone else's and it would not let me complete the return process. Then I was charged an extra $23 for that even though I filled the gas tank and did everything right. Don't think I should be charged when your online process is not working. I also paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. Very disappointing experience.

SHADRAC IThis location was great! The guys are professional, efficient and courteous. I've been to 3 other local locations and they lacked professionalism and organization. I also want to comment on the representative that called me to confirm my reservation. She was awesome. Very few times do companies suggest options that save you money. The agent made a suggestion that in the end saved us $40 which during a pandemic goes a long way. Great experience with Uhaul across the board!

WAYNE KMy rental location was great and they were very accommodating. The price was right overall. The only issues I had was the U-Haul.com initial online rental registration portion. After completing the Long application and putting all of my information as well as creating a login and password. I received a message that the site was temporarily down Upon clicking submit. I was upset having done all of that legwork just to not get my confirmation page. I called the U-Haul phone number and had to wait quite a while on the phone where fortunately a representative informed me that the order did go through before the site went down. Overall aside from the slight technical difficulty w online order submission and the long hold on the phone, my experience was great.
TIFFANY WNeither of the two employees at the front desk were wearing face coverings. One of them drove the truck up front to us. Other than that, this was a good experience. Unfortunately, we are in a pandemic and Seminole County has a mask mandate and we expect more from businesses.

Corey HReserved the truck and scheduled online pick up. Got to location at the time and it said it wasn't reserved. The workers were amazing. They were an auto body shop. Not uhaul. But uhaul sucks. This happened the day before as well.
DANIEL MThe equipment was clean but the dolly was not held down in the back of the truck (did not ask for one either), nobody did an inspection with me, and the vehicle only had half a tank of gas.

corie bRequested pads in my reservation but the location did not have any pads to rent me. A little confusing on returning the van after hours. I typed in the wrong mileage in the mobile app because I did not have my contract. However, customer service cleared up the confusion the next day and all was well. Merci.
Ricky BLocation called to ask what time we would be dropping off the truck. I informed them that it would most likely be around 4:00pm. We get there closer to 5:00 and the place is closed. The rep who called never said anything about them closing at 4:00 that day.

MARIA GHave furniture pads when you reserved them 2 weeks in advance. Instead of telling the customer to go somewhere else to get them, how about they go and get them for the customer who reserved them. That is customer service.
Shane LThe staff are nice and friendly. However, this location is a small drop/pick up place, so they are closed on Sundays. - if you are missing what you ordered, you cannot get it. The customer representatives from UHAUL were helpful though.
Young jLocation was great. Check in couldn't have been easier. And, when I found a bit of dirt in the back of the truck during my inspection, I asked for a broom so I could sweep it out, but they sent out someone right away to sweep it for me. The truck was in great shape...around 75k miles, had brand new tires, interior was in good condition, a/c worked great. All existing body damage was marked with little stickers (like an '×' inside a circle) so that I would know that uhaul already know of that damage. The one suggestion for improvement that I have, is to indicate whether or not the inside had been sanitized. I wiped out the entire inside with a Lysol wipe because I didn't know whether it had been cleaned or not... but other than that everything was great.
bryan sI dropped the truck over the weekend. However, I was charged an overage fee for leaving it on 1/4 of a tank when in fact it was just below 1/2.
