I had an excellent first time customer experience with this location! Don’t judge a book by its cover - I rented a 10’ UHaul for my move and everything from checking to checkout was smooth. They were very understanding when my car battery died and faithfully honored my time for my trip and not the extended time. Please visit this location - UCF students also get benefits.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisActually have the truck as promised! Will never use U-Haul again Was not the centers fault and won’t blame them. It was a U-Haul problem. When they had the truck but had issues with system I called customer service in the location and was told by your company they couldn’t help
