In the uhaul reservation I requested pickup with my phone. All that meant was that I had to use the app still needed to go in the store and get the key. I wasn't expecting that. Additionally, using the app after I Siad I had the keys I was asked to check the license plate, however I could not choose continue (it was greyed out) the owner of the store said it was OK but that meant that I couldn't verify pictures before I took the vehicle. This is bad ui for the app and left me as a customer in a state of unsure if I would be held responsible for previous damage
Casey SEven though I had a reservation for the truck, the person there couldn’t check me in. I had to check in with somebody over a phone and when I came back, they couldn’t check me out.
DANIEL LPlease make sure the truck is full. In my situation I was unsure of my cost to return it back with the original 1/4 tank. In all I ate the short comings of others. Along with a this I got charged for a second day my return time was 11 am and I had it back in the parking lot at 1150. Between the 88 for gas and being charged for another day I am disappointed/displeased with my experience.

SCOTT RThe location I rented from had no moving supplies. When I reserved the truck, I reserved blankets but this location doesn't have anything for moving except trucks. Your website should have told me that moving supplies were not available before I made the reservation. Instead I had to go buy them, costing me time and money. The truck had no air conditioning and was very uncomfortable to operate in the middle of a hot summer day. The A/C in the truck only blew hot air. Also the check engine light came on during the trip. It's clear that this vehicle has not been maintained.

Jeff PNo one helped me or looked at truck i ordered and paid for a dolly waa not in there i had to drive to another location to get one. Had to return the dolly to another location and take truck back to another location.
Michele BThis location is inside of a small gas station. When went to drop off there was a young girl behind the counter who said she was new and did not know what to do with the UHauls but she would take the key. I said no and took the keys back till the next day. I did leave the UHaul parked there since I was at my limit for miles. When went back the next day, the 2 young ladies inside where more helpful and friendly. The inside of the building was dark and dingy

James KThe suspension on the truck was not great, although nothing was damaged. The location does not stock certain items including padding blankets which made safe packing more difficult
jonathan hWhen returning they did not actually finish the reservation, had to call in the next day for them to close it.
Kent GEven though I called the night before to make sure both the truck and appliance dolly were ready for pickup, and told yes, the next day when I attempted to pick it up, I was told they don't have the appliance dolly I reserved along with the truck online. The staff of this location were very unfamiliar with the rental process and even had to FaceTime someone else to walk them through it. Although I was able to rent the truck as planned, moving the appliances WITHOUT the previously reserved equipment was VERY difficult. I WOULD NOT recommend this location AT ALL.
andrew aThe truck was on empty when we received it. Nothing was verified with the dealer except when we received the invoices. The drivers seat was torn. In the middle of our move, the check engine light came on and we had added anxiety getting it back to the rental place. We did not get the boxes we ordered. The 18 charge has not been returned to us. At some point we were just happy to get the truck back. Summarizing. Truck in bad shape. Overcharged for fuel. No refund on the missing boxes. Worst experience I have had renting a truck. Please fix these issues for the next customer. It is stressful enough moving furniture and also have to worry if your rental truck will even make the trip. Also, I truly feel we were overbilled.

Bryanna NThe worker at the gas station was very nice. The problem is he doesn't do anything. It goes through a phone system which took over 30 mins to help me and let me take the truck. So I lost that time with my move. You should give me money off since.i have to do all the work with paperwork and taking pics and verifying everything.
Edward KInside of truck smelled of bad body oder, the trucks traction control and ABS system requires repair. Owner worked from home for the rental so had to wait for her to close out the previous renters so it took about 15-20 min to get the truck considering I did everything online. Said she would close out my rental when I returned the truck. Wasn't don't until about 11:30am-12pm the following day.

Eric SOne employee at gas station. Took a long time because she was going between being on the phone with her friend and selling lotto tickets, etc. She kept walking away in the middle of assisting me. 2 minutes of work took 20 minutes.
John MI dropped my U-Haul off at this location on 12/26/23 less than 12 hours after renting it. The employee inside took the key and said I was good as they take pictures and complete my drop off. I was then charged for additional day as they didn't claim my truck was turned in until 12/28/23. So now I have to dispute a charge because they didn't do their job properly. Wether this was done on purpose to profit hoping it wouldn't be noticed or accidentally due to incompetence is unclear.
John Rno dolly every truck should have dolly accessible too rent at least . it’s no 1 tool in moving. keep dollie’s in a closet anywhere on property this is mind boggling.
steven rOpened late, only one person to run store and uhaul, didn't have the equiptment ( pads, dolly) I ordered and didn't look at the truck before or after we used it.

Robert TMultiple issues occurred such as sending me to another location for truck pickup and not having the added things I requested. They also charged me for items I did not request and when I commented about those they said I would have to call customer service. After several calls they finally made the refund to the account. Others should be aware of extra charges that they place without your authorization

RENE FThis location was ridiculous. We waited 20 minutes to get our equipment, and it wasn't even accurate. I pre ordered online (6 pads and a regular dolly) and there were no pads and only an appliance dolly (that the worker magically found after saying there were NO dollys.) Overall I am NOT happy with this location and this worker.

Saul AEngine light was on, at pick up, and they said it's ok, take it anyway! Inside of cargo bed was dirty..( dry mud). Pickup was a long process even though I did the online check in! Just all around bad experience.

Jennifer YMaking the reservation and picking up the vehicle were both very easy. I was pleased with how clean the driver's/passenger's area was. I did wish the back had been sweeped out prior to my pick up.. It wasn't too bad, just felt used. Return process was also very easy. Definitely met my needs.

Joseph MThe truck I rented could use some work on the front end, it was difficult to keep on the road. Service was a bit slow even though I had already done all of the necessary paperwork on line. Always another add-on to the price.
Edward KThere wasn't a spot large enough to park the truck. Good thing it was after hours and someone could move it in the moving because it barely fit in the only normal size parking space available.

Ruturaj SThe store itself was pretty bad. I guess if I wanted to buy a crack pipe before I got my rental, then I was in the right place. But whatever. To each his own. The rental counter was hidden by a wall of liquor. This was my first time renting a Uhaul vehicle so I wasn't sure what do do. I thought I had taken care of everything online ahead of time but when I went to check in, it turns out that I needed to perform more verification activities. Being at the facility and away from home, this seemed quite inconvenient, especially considering some of the tasks it was asking. I had to take a headshot of myself. Fine. I had to take more pictures of my driver's license, something I had already done two days prior. Apparently, I didn't stage the photo correctly because I had to take the picture over again until it was perfect enough for your customer service reps. You know, it's not always easy to take a picture of your DL when you're in the car. Then I had to choose another method of identity verification, a step that could have been done when I was online uploading info 2 days earlier. It's a Saturday morning and they want me to choose, while I'm away from home, to upload a copy of my passport or have them call my employer. I can't even get in touch with my HR representative during normal business hours, let alone on a Saturday morning. I could upload a lease agreement. I'm not renting. I'm trying to move a couch into a house I own. So I guess that's out of the question. The only option then is to have them call one of my contacts. I enter the contact's name and number but he doesn't pick up on the first ring so the customer service people hang up and reject my reservation while I'm standing at the store. I call the Uhaul customer service line to speak to someone. The first time I get hung up on without even getting anyone on the line. The second time I get a representative who hangs up on me. Nice people. I go back to the online reservation to find some online representatives and they tell me to get an alternative contact, which I finally am able to find and they call her, all to just ask her if she knows me. That's it. That's all you need? Wow. These are all issues that could have been resolved at pre-registration. When I am finally approved, I go to pay and every method of payment I hand the cashier is rejected. I have several debit and credit cards in good standing and I have never had a problem with buying anything but you know, it's already a hassle trying to get a Uhaul van on a Saturday morning, so why shouldn't paying for it be a big pain, too? After about five or ten minutes of back and forth with the cashier, she was able to get my debit card to work (and before you ask, yes, I had more than enough to cover the cost of the rental in my account) and I was able to drive off. I seriously only needed a cargo van for about half an hour to move a couch a mile up the street and didn't expect to go through this much hassle to get it. I don't think I will be returning to this company ever again.

wilfredo gI was told by u-haul that the location had a appliance mover it didn't I had to go 8 miles out of the way to get one,The driver door was hard close. While driving when I got above 45 Miles an hour The steering was scary the front it was very light the truck moved all over the road when I return the vehicle the lady who was behind the the counter didn't understand what I was talking about because of the language barrier. She did not go check the condition of the vehicle or take down the mileage I just handed her the keys teld me have a good day
