I was charged $10 on final bill for rental of furniture blankets and dolly, I did not ask to rent them nor did I use them. I couldn’t not see my receipt at the time bc it had not emailed to me.

Tire tread close to wear marks, right rear wheel rusted to the point of flaking and needs changed, other 3 wheels looked alot newer. Employees very polite.

Appt was for 7 and had everything schesuled online. The person at Exxon wasn't trained on the Uhaul system. I did not get out of there until 8:30. Had to do remote check in on the phone. Very disappointed with lack of training. To the clerks credit she did not give up and I did get my rental. It was not her fault she hadnt been trained but got caught in the ceasefire.

I has called them to reserve the 15' truck. She told me to reserve it through the 800 number so I did. Upon arrival she couldn't locate the reservation even with my phone in her hand with all the information. This went on for 15 minute. She called someone that works there to help her over the phone. I got my phone back and did the check in online thinking this would help her. It didn't. She asked me for all the information plus 4 different phone numbers in order to process an order even after she located my name. She said it didn't matter if you reserved online and did check in she still had to re enter everything. This took 45 minutes. I would never ever use this location again and if this is the way UHAUL does transactions I will not use Uhaul again.

The morning clerk was very nice and helpful. No issues with pick up. However, the evening clerk was very rude. I used the U-Haul app on my iPhone to return the truck. Within the app, I answered all questions regarding mileage and fuel level. Within the app, I was also instructed to take pictures of the following: mileage/fuel level, inside the truck, in the storage area of the truck and the parking spot. I also was asked to share my location as proof that I was returning the truck to the correct location at the agreed upon time. After completing all tasks required, the app instructed me to drop my key in the drop box. There is no drop box, so I took the key inside and this is where I met the very unprofessional and rude Exxon employee. I explained that I had finished everything on the app and I just needed to drop off the key. She asked to see the pictures that I took. I tried to explain to her that I took the pictures within the U-Haul app and they were not saved to my phone. She said “well, I need them for our paperwork.” I said “well, I’m sorry I don’t have them. As I said they were taken within the app.” She the huffed and said “Fine, I’ll go look myself”. And stormed out to look at the truck. When she returned, there were other customers waiting. Obviously, she didn’t see me standing there because she was complaining to the other customers about “some lady arguing with her over stupid pictures on her phone”. I spoke up and explained that I was not arguing with her, I was explaining to her that I completed the return via the U-Haul app. I think her problem was that she didn’t want to walk out to the parking lot. Very unprofessional and rude. She could have just asked nicely, and I would have done it for her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. However, she would benefit from some customer service training

For starters, next time can be fair with prices, was told a different rate, and was over charged. The rental rate for said truck was only supposed to be $19.99, and was charged $29.99. I want a customer service representative to contact me as soon as possible. I am on a limited income and have rented Uhaul before and have never been treated this way before. Diesel engines in trucks for better power and fuel mileage because the gas engines are terrible on power

First don't call me the day before a reservation with a time three hours later than I’ve requested. Second, don't tell me 24 hours before truck pickup that you've moved my location to 60+ miles away and then i had to take a local rent from my city and drive 547 miles. Then i was forced to pay for mileage. Its not easy to change movers with less than 24 hours notice. If you cannot guarantee the time or the truck then stop giving the option to choose it when it’s booked. This policy is awful and has negative consequences for the renter especially if they have scheduled movers for a specific time slot based on what was selected on the uhaul website. I booked that truck two weeks in advance but got no notice for a change. This experience has definitely made me rethink choosing uhaul in the future. The price may be competitive but the service has made me choose differently if I can get a truck as promised somewhere else.

Person at location was unfamiliar with online process. Truck inside was clean but dash was falling down on passenger side. Handle was missing on the roll down window on drivers side. Location itself was very convenient but the overall experience of getting it rented was not as snotty as I thought it should have been.

first ,the truck had no oil in it at all. I informed the attendant about the situation, she ask if would go out and put some oil in it . Which I did ,because I was on a time schedule. the truck had very little power and the oil light stayed on the whole time. this made my trip even more frustrating. I think I should be reimbursed or given my next travel free.Thank you for your consideration.

The first truck I was given had a dead battery so they gave me the only other 26' truck they had. This truck was fine but it resulted in a fuel charge that I should not have been charged. There was a difference in the fuel level from the first truck that I was given and the second truck. The second truck had 3/4 tank of fuel which I replaced when I returned the truck. Equipment was not available at the location where my reservation was confirmed. Lost 12 hours of use. New location, the one referenced here, was closed at pick up time. First Uhaul person I spoke with was rude, "sorry I cant do anything about it" was what I was told.

One of the taillights didnt work when you put on the brake. The charges for how much then rental was wasnt displayed so we would know the costs. We didnt receive our rental agreement or receipts until we had to contact them. What kind of company does that? Being there for the customer is key one. We were blind to everything except a 19.99 plus 14.00 insurance charge. Very dissatisfied. Wouldn't recommend this company. In the past I received a paper document with everything on it.

the location that we picked up from was excellent. dealing with the UHAUL reps was incredibly frustrating. was on the phone for 25 minutes with no solution to my problem. was laughed at. almost like it's a service where nobody cares much about making a profit.

The Springville location helped us out.. we’d reserved a 10ft from that location last night.. we got there and they don’t have any 10 ft trucks.. we checked our reservation and it had diverted us to a dealer many miles away.. Springville did have a large truck that we did use.. Corporate reservation system is really bad if what you reserve is not what you get..

Train the cashier to know more about Uhaul rental process. Even though we did all the rental information online, the pick up and return process took a long time. The cashier did not seem to know much about the uhaul process.

This was a major hassle from the beginning. I originally rented a truck to pick up in Oneonta, Al and when I arrived to pick up the rental they told me that the truck I had rented had not been returned yet. They tried to contact the people with no success. Ultimately I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up a bigger truck. This put me a whole day behind moving after spending 4 hours trying to get a truck that I already had rented. Please review and reevaluate the process for overdue rentals and how to ensure the rentals past due do not effect rentals that are already confirmed.

This location rented me a 26ft truck for a 7 hour trip from Birmingham AL to Charleston SC. The A/C went out at around hour 1 and had to drive the remaining 6 hours with no AC. Turned the truck in at Charleston and a case was opened. The employee told me that the original location I rented the truck from would contact me within 24 hours. It’s been 4 days already and there has been no attempt to contact me.

When I was told about the pricing, the lady on the phone misled me by omitting the fact that if I went over the 50 miles that I would be charged for all the miles not just the amount over 50. This is a substantial amount

The truck was dirty. They had a clean one there but chose to give me the dirty one. They wouldn't hook up the car transport. They had me sign that the truck was clean without looking at it or walking me out to the truck. On a bright note, the truck was great to drive. The seat is not designed for long trips. U-haul needs to get Ford to fix this.

Clerk was not familiar with computer or website to enter order....waited forever! Store clerk finally got someone on phone at U-Haul to help....had to give credit card info over phone. Rented a two-wheeled tow dolly. Equipment was ok except for the ramps that extend out of dolly to drive car up on had no way to lock in place once extended. When car was driven up ramps, they would slide out of dolly and fall on the ground....leaving car "hanging" on edge of dolly! VERY, VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION!!!!! Had to let car roll back and hit the ground, then replace ramps. After inspection, noticed there was nothing on ramps to lock in place once in extended position. After three attempts, Finally got car positioned on dolly. I'm not sure if this is a design flay or if something was missing from dolly to prevent this from happening, but it is VERY DANGEROUS AND VERY INCONVIENANT!!!!!!.....not sure if I will rent another one.

Location didnt do a walkaround with me, no assistance for hooking up .unit lights were out brake were out of adjustment and i had to go to 2 different locations to pickup my rental, because both locations were having issues with their uhaul web pages, and 1st location didnt even have the unit.
