I was charged $10 on final bill for rental of furniture blankets and dolly, I did not ask to rent them nor did I use them. I couldnâ€™t not see my receipt at the time bc it had not emailed to me.
Tire tread close to wear marks, right rear wheel rusted to the point of flaking and needs changed, other 3 wheels looked alot newer. Employees very polite.
Did not even get a receipt. Had to get one printed off by the drop off place. I hooked everything up . She never came out of the store to check anything.
Appt was for 7 and had everything schesuled online. The person at Exxon wasn't trained on the Uhaul system. I did not get out of there until 8:30. Had to do remote check in on the phone. Very disappointed with lack of training. To the clerks credit she did not give up and I did get my rental. It was not her fault she hadnt been trained but got caught in the ceasefire.
Everything went very well
I has called them to reserve the 15' truck. She told me to reserve it through the 800 number so I did. Upon arrival she couldn't locate the reservation even with my phone in her hand with all the information. This went on for 15 minute. She called someone that works there to help her over the phone. I got my phone back and did the check in online thinking this would help her. It didn't. She asked me for all the information plus 4 different phone numbers in order to process an order even after she located my name. She said it didn't matter if you reserved online and did check in she still had to re enter everything. This took 45 minutes. I would never ever use this location again and if this is the way UHAUL does transactions I will not use Uhaul again.
A lot of miscommunications at this location.
The morning clerk was very nice and helpful. No issues with pick up. However, the evening clerk was very rude. I used the U-Haul app on my iPhone to return the truck. Within the app, I answered all questions regarding mileage and fuel level. Within the app, I was also instructed to take pictures of the following: mileage/fuel level, inside the truck, in the storage area of the truck and the parking spot. I also was asked to share my location as proof that I was returning the truck to the correct location at the agreed upon time. After completing all tasks required, the app instructed me to drop my key in the drop box. There is no drop box, so I took the key inside and this is where I met the very unprofessional and rude Exxon employee. I explained that I had finished everything on the app and I just needed to drop off the key. She asked to see the pictures that I took. I tried to explain to her that I took the pictures within the U-Haul app and they were not saved to my phone. She said â€œwell, I need them for our paperwork.â€ I said â€œwell, Iâ€™m sorry I donâ€™t have them. As I said they were taken within the app.â€ She the huffed and said â€œFine, Iâ€™ll go look myselfâ€. And stormed out to look at the truck. When she returned, there were other customers waiting. Obviously, she didnâ€™t see me standing there because she was complaining to the other customers about â€œsome lady arguing with her over stupid pictures on her phoneâ€. I spoke up and explained that I was not arguing with her, I was explaining to her that I completed the return via the U-Haul app. I think her problem was that she didnâ€™t want to walk out to the parking lot. Very unprofessional and rude. She could have just asked nicely, and I would have done it for her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. However, she would benefit from some customer service training
The girl that helped me was very professional, even being the only one there and having to handle the other duties of her job.
Truck was full of ants when I picked it up.
The only problem I had was they swapped the truck to a bigger one but everything worked out fine
The truck had a horrible smell in the loading area that we had to air out for hours. We didn't notice it until after we had traveled to our home to load.
Attendant is rude. Took customers before completing our rental process. Wasted our time.

No equipment was available at this location (such as dolly or moving blankets), only the trucks.
For starters, next time can be fair with prices, was told a different rate, and was over charged. The rental rate for said truck was only supposed to be $19.99, and was charged $29.99. I want a customer service representative to contact me as soon as possible. I am on a limited income and have rented Uhaul before and have never been treated this way before. Diesel engines in trucks for better power and fuel mileage because the gas engines are terrible on power
First don't call me the day before a reservation with a time three hours later than Iâ€™ve requested. Second, don't tell me 24 hours before truck pickup that you've moved my location to 60+ miles away and then i had to take a local rent from my city and drive 547 miles. Then i was forced to pay for mileage. Its not easy to change movers with less than 24 hours notice. If you cannot guarantee the time or the truck then stop giving the option to choose it when itâ€™s booked. This policy is awful and has negative consequences for the renter especially if they have scheduled movers for a specific time slot based on what was selected on the uhaul website. I booked that truck two weeks in advance but got no notice for a change. This experience has definitely made me rethink choosing uhaul in the future. The price may be competitive but the service has made me choose differently if I can get a truck as promised somewhere else.

Service was great. The representative was very professional.
Person at location was unfamiliar with online process. Truck inside was clean but dash was falling down on passenger side. Handle was missing on the roll down window on drivers side. Location itself was very convenient but the overall experience of getting it rented was not as snotty as I thought it should have been.
first ,the truck had no oil in it at all. I informed the attendant about the situation, she ask if would go out and put some oil in it . Which I did ,because I was on a time schedule. the truck had very little power and the oil light stayed on the whole time. this made my trip even more frustrating. I think I should be reimbursed or given my next travel free.Thank you for your consideration.
