Location was on one way exit / no good place to turn. U haul person wasn't there/ had to be called. Then he didn't know what I was picking up. Then charged extra I didn't know about.

Quick pickup and friendly staff. Five stars
David GOnly a store clerk was present. She was busy with gas station customers and had to call and get the u-haul employee on the phone to handle our rental.
