Larger sign as viewed from roadway would be helpful as the Uhaul dealership is about 300 yards from the main road and difficult to see at posted speed limit.

The truck was hard to handle, it "jumped" all over the place. The driver's door wouldn't close properly and the passenger door sticks. The AC worked just fine. That truck needs to be retired for sure! Luckily, it was a local project and not a lot of driving involved.

Very friendly and professional staff. They combine excellent service with useful guidance about U-Haul trailers and trucks. Doing business with Eye Ball Customs was a great experience. They will be my first choice for any future moving or hauling needs.

Pick up and drop off staff was great. I have used uhaul probably 5 times before. This was the first time that what I paid, was not what I was told over the phone. It ended up being almost $100 more. I should have called to confirm details, but because I have never had this kind of experience before, I did not think it was necessary. I was highly disappointed. I called customer service 3 times to try to figure out the difference in the price; however, because it was moving day I was over a barrel. Again, pretty disappointed.

My original drop off location was in Mineral Wells, TX at Jakes Exxon convienence store at 1703 E Hubbard St. Mineral Wells, TX 76067. This place no longer accepts returns or rents UHAUL equipment, even though they have signs out front and equipment in the back property. The end result is that I could not return the equipment at this location. I had to call UHAUL help line for a new drop off location which only inconvenienced me for an hour and they were very helpful on the phone. The place in Weatherford was very helpful and friendly.

This is negative towards the rental facility at all. They were friendly and helpful. The tires were bad on the unit and over 7 years old. I had to get them replaced before I could return the unit. I have a hard time believing that they passed Qc the last 2 years of service. Many people failed to notice they were old and worn
