Pick up and drop off staff was great. I have used uhaul probably 5 times before. This was the first time that what I paid, was not what I was told over the phone. It ended up being almost $100 more. I should have called to confirm details, but because I have never had this kind of experience before, I did not think it was necessary. I was highly disappointed. I called customer service 3 times to try to figure out the difference in the price; however, because it was moving day I was over a barrel. Again, pretty disappointed.

Elizabeth F.My original drop off location was in Mineral Wells, TX at Jakes Exxon convienence store at 1703 E Hubbard St. Mineral Wells, TX 76067. This place no longer accepts returns or rents UHAUL equipment, even though they have signs out front and equipment in the back property. The end result is that I could not return the equipment at this location. I had to call UHAUL help line for a new drop off location which only inconvenienced me for an hour and they were very helpful on the phone. The place in Weatherford was very helpful and friendly.
