Highly recommend!!! Very helpful, professional, nice personality & made the renting process very easy which made my day easier. Moving is already stressful as it is, but when a company provides you with great customer service it makes a big difference.

Never use that location! Completely unprofessional and fraudulent. After returned truck in same fuel level as picked up, made and submitted pictures with fuel level and mileage, have a receipt with empty fuel tank and $80 charged for refueling. Will send a complaint and open fraud investigation over my credit card

very unprofessional. There was a man sleeping on a couch who had me use his phone to call I assume the employee who was not present. truck was unswept and gas tank empty. While in motion something on the roof banged while driving the truck the entire trip. sketchy location for pick up.

I took a car to launch the boat. But it didn't have a device for towing a trailer and I had to buy a device.

This is the biggest joke for a U-Haul pick up ever. The people are completely incompetent. The equipment was filthy, dirty and not to mention unsafe cracked windshield on the driver side check engine lights on low in operable tires. We had to have service come out twice to fix the rear tires. we picked it up. It smelled like somebody had been living in it. When we try to exchange it, they explained the only person that could do. That was their boss. It had to go through corporate. When I spoke to U-Haul, they were very helpful, making things easy as an exchange, but when my guys returned to take care of it , they were again told there was nothing they could do. Complete incompetency on part of this location again better as a quickie mart

Location very difficult to find. Once the location was confirmed after having to call customer service. The transaction was then processed by phone with someone we never saw in person. We then had to leave that location, following someone approximately 2 miles away to pick up the trailer. I have not yet received a receipt following the return.

The truck had garbage in the back and inside the cabin. On top of that, the location charged me for 4 gallons of gas although vehicle has been in a driving state for less than an hour

Truck was not ready when I arrived, inside of the vehicle was dirty and worst of all it had no gas. When I questioned the lack of fuel (which barely got me to the station) I was just told to return it empty. That doesn't help me of I can't even get to a station to fill it up. Awful experience

It was hard to tell where to park the truck but the guy came out and helped. Better than pickup, but it wasn't pouring rain either.

Muy mal servicio! Hice mi reservación para las 9 am y llegaron a entregar el camión a las 9,3 a.m , habían más personas esperando ! Lo devolví antes de las 5 PM cumpliendo con lo acordado en mi contrato eran 8 horas . Por un determinado valor luego tengo un valor cobrado por dos dias ! Que les pasa!! No vayan a este lugar!

This place has HORRIBLE communication. We waited 40 mins just to pick up the key. We looked inside the business and saw someone sleeping and they wouldn't come to the door !!!!! Do not recommend this location !

I had pick up scheduled for 9am and nobody ever showed up at the location. I had to call U-haul and pay more $$ to get another truck. Now I see 2 charges on my bank account and my move was delayed 1,5 hours because of this. I also never received a receipt for the rental.

The truck is INFESTED with cockroaches. Other than that, truck ran and operated fine. But the roaches were disgusting

My pickup time and their opening time was 9 am and they were over 20 minutes late to open and offered no apology or anything when they arrived. They also gave me the vehicle with approximately 1/8 of a tank of gas. The first thing I had to do was take the truck to get fuel. Not a professional location in any way. I did speak with customer service twice and both times the wait times were below 4 minutes and they were very helpful.

Location was not even open when I arrived. The owner of the location never showed up and sent his friend to talk to me over the phone. When we picked up the truck it had old the garbage from what I would assume previous customers. Truck looked very dirty as if it has not been cleaned in weeks. When I went to drop off the truck, nobody was there again no space to park. The truck had to leave it on the side of the side of the road. When I called the location to make sure I can leave the truck there nobody even picked up the phone horrible experience.

Don't let the appearance of the surroundings worry you. The truck was ready and clean when we went to pick it up. The service was great. Even the return was a breeze. Would definitely do business with them again!

No one was there to talk to, had to do over phone. Had to knock on the door to the business next to it so they can help. They didn't have the reservation I booked, then they charged me extra without my knowledge. Had to waste time and call back to fix it. Truck didn't have any gas, very old and brakes were bad.

The experience was horrible, I set up a pick up time I waited one hour an half to get the truck they redid the whole reservation added a bunch of things I didn't want I said I didn't need . They said now they could t do anything about it . When I gave back they even charged me more 200 for no reason or even explained why just charged 2 days after more money.

After I left, they charged me an $11,55 fee and I do not know why. I filled up the truck to the mark and did not go over the mileage. Looks to be one of those fees that they can charge to squeeze by without anyone noticing.

24/7 pick up did not work. Even the employee could not get the lock box with the key in it to open. Truck was filthy!! I paid for a dolly and it was not in the truck. I should be refunded my full charge. Avoid this location.

Keep original on Line quotes. I got charge first 4 Times was was agreed and then after for my receipt received an additional charge . 3 Times whats agreed on total ingot charge 8 Times whats I agree ti pay for . Horrible wordest experiencia ever . I Will never use the service again . I Will talk all my friends and relatives About that and Inwill punkis him all my social media the prueba of my said with receipt la to alert people Dont use the service or trust give you guys a Credit card because you make unauthorized Charges .

It is always the same, haul truck need to be cleaned before using them... most of the location don't even do a wipe inside the car.... which is not acceptable especially in COVID era

It would be nice to have the equipment that we reserved available. Such as the dollies and blankets. Also I don't like that the gentleman who completed the transaction, added the premium insurance on our ticket when I had already reserved with the basic coverage. I dont appreciate being taken advantage of

Nice clerk. Had no experience, took 45 min to check out the truck. Truck was not clean, damage was not noted from the previous user. Made mistake on a return location.

Terrible experience, no equipment but U-Haul charge to me for that. The truck was assigned to specific location but, I picked up the truck in another. Terrible. I hope so, U-Haul return my money.

YES....The "EQUIPMENT" was Clean ... Except it was Parked Unter a Tree and it had a BIRD SHIT IN THE Middle of the Windshield.... About the Size of My Hand..... BUT ...NO BIGGIE....the RAIN later washed it AWAY... THANK YOU....GOD....!!!!
