My poor rating is more toward the equipment. The truck had over 130 000 miles, the windshield wiper was not properly attached in the first time using in a rain almost flew off the windshield. Also, the front tires did not seem to be balanced properly and when at posted speeds had extreme vibration. The truck had a very strong or odor to it as well. I hadn't rented from U-Haul for many years and unfortunately, was very disappointed with this experience.

GRACE FThe cabin of the truck was filled with cockroaches. We purchased spray and still they were everywhere on the seats, the seat belts, and floor. Called Uhaul customer service and was informed that a supervisor would be calling me back but no one had contacted me back.
