My previous review was NOT meant to be a review of Farkas Enterprises but rather a review of U-Haul and its 24/7 service option which was a total disaster it took over an hour to get the information sent to my phone such that I could get the key from the lock box. THIS IS A U HUAL ISSUE NOTB AN ISSUE CAUSED BY FARKAS - they finally came to our rescue and got the box open.

David BYou need a better instructions and better video to explain how to access the lockbox. Also, the mobile app process for accessing a rental truck, especially when a rural facility is closed, is a great idea but it is very cumbersome. It would be great to somehow streamline the process.

Michelle LMy recent truck rental from Farkas Enterprises was great. Andy personally checked and cleaned the truck before signing it out and went out of his way to be courteous and helpful during a very busy day, as he was when I made the truck reservation. And when I returned the truck he asked me how the day went and if the truck met my expectations. I would highly recommend Farkas for a truck/trailer rental.

James GI didn't spend much time here, I just dropped the vehicle off. I was told it was during business hours, but turned out it was after business hours. I believe the gentleman assumed I was trying to cover something up by not reporting damage, but after conversing with him I think he understood the situation and that I was not trying to hide anything - my assumption was just that you all MUST have already known. Regardless, it appears that I will be hearing from corporate on this and having to pay a deductible on my insurance claim, which I don't think is very fair. But it's my fault for not checking both of the links that were sent during that absolutely nightmarish equipment pick up. (The only link which I saw was the one for a trailer that I never got because of that mess...I didn't see that I was ever sent another.)

Curtis SThere was no one visibly available to assist the drop off. I had the ask a local customer who was able to find someone to get information.
Rick ROur cell service was spotty and we didn't realize the location had wifi until we'd struggled through check-in using phone data. It would be helpful to note this somewhere in the check-in process if possible.

ROBERT GThe windshield wipers should be replaced. The computer program/app used to register the rental needs to be improved. It was a real hassle for the person to register our rental, and took a long time.

JON-TODDCHRISTIA HRequested items (dolly and moving pads) we're not included with contactless pickup. Vehicle was covered in snow, and not ready for pickup. Vehicle had two large dings/scrapes on side of cargo area that were not visible during inspection because they were covered in snow. Lot was also not plowed or shoveled, making retrieving the vehicle difficult. Absolutely would not recommend.
Adam GUHaul initially moved my pick-up to a location two hours out of my way. No idea why… Farkas does a great job and I wanted to rent from them… not hours away.
NEIL HLocation was closed at drop off time. I had to just leave the trailer with no firm confirmation of acceptance. A little unsettling.

JAMES BYour online process and the multiple steps and verification is too time consuming, having to wait for my identity to be verify for over 20 minutes, should have been told to me, I need to be on the road and your 5 minute process took over 30 before I was able to get the key to the truck! Uhaul Can do better, very disappointed in how it was handled for such a large corp
