We were delayed by about an hour because an accident took place in the parking lot. This is a one man operation so no one could help us since he was dealing with the accident. It's a very busy place. There should be more help.
GERALD MThere aren't any other U-Haul locations to rent from that specific area so it kind of is what it is. There isn't good cell reception there and you required to take pictures and post pictures while you're trying to get the truck by yourself because nobody works there very challenging. It's the day before and clean the snow off the top of the truck, which technically is what you're supposed to do according to the law it's not safe to drive around with ice snow falling off truck.

ANDREW FGive them the location to where they are going instead of one an hour away. We drove past a location that had a truck identical to the one we rented. We were told we had to go to the location an hour away because the one 5 minutes away couldn't handle the big truck. But there was one there with a lot of room around it.
Perry RI had to pick up vehicle in East Dorset none in Rutland when dropped off In Newport was told over the miles alotted to me and charged 22 something more. They took that off the 100 I had paid extra. They should have given me more mileage because I had to drive to East Dorset to pick up vehicle that was the overage I was charged extra. I feel uhaul owes me that overage amount that was not my fault that uhaul did not alot me enough extra miles. I live in Rutland and had to drive to East Doret to pick vehicle up.

alison wThe only little glitch was we were told the tank was full when it clearly wasn't We drove 95 miles and when I refilled it took almost 13 gallons. But overall I was very satisfied with my rental.
ROBY IKey advantage is location. Consider if any technology kiosk might be deployed to allow some amount of customer self service of administrative things like Driver License scan, credit card, email verification. This may allow even faster service during peak customer demand times. Allow staff more focus on the things that can not be automated, scope of what customer may need (size) or vehicle connection.

Jesse MMy previous review was NOT meant to be a review of Farkas Enterprises but rather a review of U-Haul and its 24/7 service option which was a total disaster it took over an hour to get the information sent to my phone such that I could get the key from the lock box. THIS IS A U HUAL ISSUE NOTB AN ISSUE CAUSED BY FARKAS - they finally came to our rescue and got the box open.

David BYou need a better instructions and better video to explain how to access the lockbox. Also, the mobile app process for accessing a rental truck, especially when a rural facility is closed, is a great idea but it is very cumbersome. It would be great to somehow streamline the process.

bill sHaving rented from other U-Haul agents recently, I found Adam was professional with an eye toward customer service. The truck was clean and the gas tank full. I would recommend renting here.

Andy personally checked and cleaned the truck before signing it out and went out of his way to be courteous and helpful during a very busy day, as he was when I made the truck reservation. And when I returned the truck he asked me how the day went and if the truck met my expectations. I would highly recommend Farkas for a truck/trailer rental.

James GI didn't spend much time here, I just dropped the vehicle off. I was told it was during business hours, but turned out it was after business hours. I believe the gentleman assumed I was trying to cover something up by not reporting damage, but after conversing with him I think he understood the situation and that I was not trying to hide anything - my assumption was just that you all MUST have already known. Regardless, it appears that I will be hearing from corporate on this and having to pay a deductible on my insurance claim, which I don't think is very fair. But it's my fault for not checking both of the links that were sent during that absolutely nightmarish equipment pick up. (The only link which I saw was the one for a trailer that I never got because of that mess...I didn't see that I was ever sent another.)

Curtis SThere was no one visibly available to assist the drop off. I had the ask a local customer who was able to find someone to get information.
Rick ROur cell service was spotty and we didn't realize the location had wifi until we'd struggled through check-in using phone data. It would be helpful to note this somewhere in the check-in process if possible.

Juan JI would love to have a survey sent on my experience with U-Haul Roadside Assistance and your Accident Reporting service. Neither one was very helpful in an emergency situation on the road.
