Tire pressures were off when I checked them but I corrected the tire pressure once I had the trailer. U-Haul was easy to work with when I needed to turn the trailer in late the next day and didn't even charge me another day which was very nice. I will rent from U-Haul again.

Stacey H.Trailer wires were damaged,tires only had 10psi ....didn't realize untill I was loaded and on the road....could have caused a wreck and even lives....I never had to check tires at other uhauls! Not did the employee there know anything about uhaul or trailers!

Adonius B.I was overcharged by the guy at Farr's hardware. I rented a $30 a day trailer for two days and it cost me $116. He charged me $60 to read it for the one day. That's why I went ahead and reserved it for the second day. He was forcing me to pay for it. But but by the second day it was already paid for then you charge me again. My money is iron day by day to feed and how my family and I do not take kindly to people stealing it. Please give me my money back.

Melanie B.I scheduled the rental for 7a at a UHaul center. The day before pick-up it was moved to a convenience store ~40 minutes away for 11am. The store was not open upon arrival. The service lady on the phone was not willing to help - I was told to make calls around the area on my own and figure it out. The rental also was supposed to have hand trucks according to my original booking, the convenience store locations don't have hand trucks. The truck was beat up and smelled moldy. It is very disappointing the service received this weekend from UHaul. Next time I will look for other truck services before returning to UHaul.

VICTOR ABRAHAM G.First, this was not the location i booked i booked a location much closer to my home, however my reservation was relocated to this location without informing me. I only noticed because uhaul asked me to tow a trailer and i agreed, but then they sent me a text telling me the trailer was at a different location than my truck, but i said no, that is my truck location. however i did not know my truck location had been changed. Not only did they change location, they moved my time back from 8 am, to 11 am also without notifying me. This created an issue when i arrived at 8 am and no one was there to handle the rental. I lost over an hour of load time which i was paying someone for due to this relocation and time change. I did get the truck around 9 but again was further away with travel time. They also informed me they were going to have to charge me more for picking truck up early, i was like, NO, that was my original booking time. All things considered this cost me an additional 150 in labor costs due to the timing, and i haven't seen what extra they charged me for the truck yet. Overall not a good experience with Uhaul. NOT HAPPY!!!! Best thing don't change peoples reservations, contact them immediately and let them know! and especially don't change time of pick up with out notifications.

SHAWN C.I do not recommend this location. They will try to get over on you and steal your money. They tried to charge me twice for the same truck and also displayed that we were in a moving van and we moved in a truck. I will not be using this location again.

Diana W.I got to the location to pick up the trailer, the clerk at the store asked for my name and checked me in, he also signed the rental agreement for me and proceed to tell me that the trailer was outside and to hook up and go, I had no assistance from the store to hook up the trailer, I am glad I frequently tow trailers and know how to properly hook up, if I did not know I would had put my self and others at risk due to a improperly hooked trailer, while hooking up the trailer I notice that the trailer was missing a piece of wire to connect the trailer lights to my vehicle, I proceeded to go back inside and ask the clerk to provide the cable to I can safely tow the trailer, I was told by the clerk that he did not have one and I needed to go to another haul location to get the cable, I told him that it was unsafe and against the law and pretty sure against haul policies to not have working lights on the trailer, he then told me to figure it out my self as he has nothing to do with that. I had to tow the trailer to the closest hardware store and by the cable my self to properly and lawfully tow the trailer. I had rented multiple trailers from haul and never had and issue but this time was very dussaponting to see how this company allows this kind of thing to happen. Tha store should not be allow to be a haul dealer. Never renting from this location again.

Cheyenne M.One guy running the entire BUSY convenience store, hardware store, and gas station by himself and had to phone someone for instructions on getting the contract processed. Should not be a rental uhaul store because of a lack of employees to handle the uhaul rentals. I had to load the trailer up to the vehicle myself, with no trained supervision. Worse uhaul dealer I've ever encountered. Not professional.
MARK M.Clerk didn't know how to put in the Coupon Code I was given for returning boxes from a prior move. Clerk was more concerned with checking out his convenient store customers buying beer, cigarettes, and red bulls than helping me. I felt like I was treated like I was bothering him. Window was down, water on the seat and in the door handle from rain. Terrible experience.

Roberto Q.The truck was dirty inside. I had to get a broom from the store owner to sweep it out. The cab was filthy. I used Lysol wipes but the dirt and grime was heavily caked on like it hadn't been cleaned in a year. The interior roof was peeling down covering part of the windshield. The passenger seatbelt did not work. I usually rent trailers from this location. This is a convenience store with only one attendant who cannot leave the register to come outside to assist with anything. When I use the online check-in, they still require all info at the register as if I hadn't signed up already online. The did not have any dollies. I would never rent a truck from this location again. I've used U-haul for over forty years. This is the worst. This truck should be overhauled!!
Joseph F.Agent did not know what she was doing, I ordered truck on line she was unable to locate my order. Truck smelled light cigar, windshield was not clean. Location did not have appliance dolly or moving pads that I ordered.
Theodore B.Couldn't get any paperwork from them. Had to call Uhaul to get the paperwork emailed to me after I returned the trailer. This meant that I had to leave, not only the trailer behind, but all of my credit card information, with absolutely no knowledge of whether I had been charged the correct amount. A VERY BAD BUSINESS MODEL! In addition, they refused to help me unhitch the trailer upon its return. It was a 6Ã-12 trailer. I'm 75 years old. I had to Jack up the trailer on a very uneven surface to lift it from my hitch. The proprietor found that amusing. A horrible experience!
EVERETTE H.Rental was a disaster from outset. Drove to pick up point about 20 miles from requested point. Had reserved a 20 ft. Truck but they had only 26 ft. Available. (Higher cost in fuel). Had contracted for 36 pads. They had none available. Had to drive around South Birmingham to find pads after National directed me to point that also had NO PADS. (More fuel and mileage on truck. Opened truck finally at loading point and it had a mud covered ramp and truck interior was covered in dirt. Had to clean it before loading. Overall it was a mess that I had to deal with. Last U-Haul rental.
Charles S.Truck was dirty Wee swept half a bucket 5 gal out of the bov, Cab had empty drink bottles in it. NO HAND TRUCKS Which l was supposed to pick up.. Had to Buy plus a broom to sweep it out. $80 plus out of pocket. Where l picked ip I had to wait 30 plus min as the clerk kept taking care of people that came in after l did counted 11 people. THEN No Contract!!! Just handed me the keys and said l would get copy by Email NEVER HAPPENED. Hardly spoke English. Over all Horrible transtion.
dennis D.Getting the girl who was working a little more training would probably make her life a little easier. She did good, but she's apparently new, and struggled a lit bit with it all. But, it went very fast and very easy, even with that. I have no complaint. Easy to get into and find, easy to get hooked up to my trailer.

David L.the staff at this location (convenient store) may or may not be on site to use the UHaul computing system therefore they are not able to check in/out the equipment. I personally contacted the area manager and shared my experience & let him know i would not recommend nor would i return to this location for future business with UHaul

Philip S.I requested and was told they had appliance dollies by a Uhaul rep, but that was not the case. We were moving appliances so that would have helped. It's best to indicate properly what equipment a location does or does not have.
