Well the location was 20 minutes away and I could of dropped it off much closer to where I lived. I didn't understand why they had me to drop it off so far away when I was closed to a U-Haul location by my house. I'm new in Birmingham so I didn't know

FELIPE S.No one was there to talk to me or answer questions I had. I left one item in there was too heavy. I wanted to ask where to put it she still was charged a fee for that one item.
Stacey H.Trailer wires were damaged,tires only had 10psi ....didn't realize untill I was loaded and on the road....could have caused a wreck and even lives....I never had to check tires at other uhauls! Not did the employee there know anything about uhaul or trailers!
