Oldsmar gas station location very good.
vinod RI reserved my uhaul on line so didn't have much paperwork to fill out. The man who helped me was fast and efficient.

Norm CWe signed up online to rent a 26 foot truck. It was not available when we went to pick up because another customer was keeping it. We were not notified. It caused us to have to make 2 trips during the move. The staff at Fast & Easy Sunoco were very helpful and polite.

MIchael MWhen the agent went over what extras I wanted in the contract, he put the insurance on when I very carefully told him I didn't want to have it in the contract. When I received the contract in my text messages, the insurance had been added. When I asked if the rental was for a day or the 2 hours that I said it would probably take, he said yes. But then when I was leaving he said I had to have the truck back by 6 pm. The agent was very hard to understand and I won't recommend that site to anyone.
Bonnie TThese guys it's Sunoco are the best at what they do they may not be a real U-Haul facility but they sure look like they deserve one for free provided by U-Haul just because of their services and they're helpfulness seems like the local one which is a U-Haul franchise or whatever is this pretty less satisfying than a gas station Sunoco gas station remember that the best very convenient for everything If I need anything they will get it

pedro hThe van was clean and check in was very easy. It was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone prior to my reservation. I wanted to know if the van would fit my queen size bed and all my boxes. I returned it late - 2 hours after my contract hours and I was charge for another day! The guy told me if I had called and let them know that I was late they wouldn't have charged me extra. Call who or where when there's no one to pick the phone? The phone number on the website for that location doesn't even ring. I think it's fair to charge me 2 extra hours, but another day??? That's too much!! I tried to save money renting U-Haul and moving on my own but I ended up paying the price to hire a moving company. I'm very unsatisfied. Is there any way that I can be reimbursed and charged only for the 2 extra hours? Thank you in advance. Soraya Mendonca

Kim LSmall conveinance store and gas station. The gentleman who checked my in was knowledgeable and quick. At other Uhaul locations I often have to wait in line. No line here! Great experience.
John SThe requested vehicle had a flat tire when I arrived. I had to settle for a truck that was half the size of what I needed which doubled the amount of time and gas that I needed the truck for.

Wendy HI reserved a 15' truck and when I arrived I was told there weren't any. My only option was a 22' truck. This is a very large truck for a woman to drive plus it is not what I reserved. I saw a 15' truck on the lot and the man told me it was for someone else. I will never go to this location again. Also my movers that I hired through Uhajl were awful! They just threw things in the truck and many of my things are broken.
Karen CI booked a 12X6 utility trailer the night before I needed it online and received a confirmation. I showed up to pick it up the next day at the scheduled time and I was told they didn't have it. I was told I needed to travel to an alternate location 15 minutes in the opposite direction from my destination.. The manager at the Clearwater location stated that I was called earlier in the morning but I only had calls labeled "potential Spam" on my phone and no voicemail. When I asked about the guarantee that the trailer would be there according to the confirmation he did not provide any information. Overall Clearwater Manager was friendly, but not helpful with alternate options. Gentleman at second location on Tampa Road was very helpful and efficient and I was on my way quickly. Overall the trailer not being where it was supposed to be caused a major inconvenience and a significant delay in the job I needed to complete. When the technology fails and you don't have what you say you have, where it is supposed to be, communication needs to be much better. I appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of the gentleman on Tampa road and would consider going to him directly for my future rental needs.

John SI dropped the trailer off at 8am and the return was not processed until 4pm and I had to call several times to make it happen.

Lucrecia GLocation is not a Sunoco station. It is now a Mobil station. It was a little hard to find as I was looking for a Sunoco station.
