The truck is not good when is raining the water going inside the box
pedro H.The van was clean and check in was very easy. It was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone prior to my reservation. I wanted to know if the van would fit my queen size bed and all my boxes. I returned it late - 2 hours after my contract hours and I was charge for another day! The guy told me if I had called and let them know that I was late they wouldn't have charged me extra. Call who or where when there's no one to pick the phone? The phone number on the website for that location doesn't even ring. I think it's fair to charge me 2 extra hours, but another day??? That's too much!! I tried to save money renting U-Haul and moving on my own but I ended up paying the price to hire a moving company. I'm very unsatisfied. Is there any way that I can be reimbursed and charged only for the 2 extra hours? Thank you in advance. Soraya Mendonca
