Follow very good the rules
The truck had been smoked in or around so the whole cab smelled of cigarettes.
Covid - I expected a very clean truck inside. Inside of windshield not cleaned, dash was dusty, cab was perfumy at first then reeked of weed when the vents started to blow. Seat was clean. Front desk gal clothes and hair were messy, her purses were on the table behind her instead of being tucked away. No greeting, no smile. Truck ran fine, engine light was on. I got the job done. I expect more from UHaul.
I returned it with more gas in it than when I rented it, but received no credit. There is room for improvement on that point.
The person was busy but provided me with good service. She told me that she was going to email me my reciept. She did and all was good!
The truck was clean on the outside, the front windshield was very dirty.
I was overcharged for returning rental after hours. I was aware of the $20 fee and yet they still charged me that plus an additional day without notice.
Online RSVP app could be faster
I had a terrible experience with customer service when I called to confirm my reservation. I reserved the truck on Friday and I am a repeat customer so when I didn't see my reservation by email I didn't think anything of it. When I called to confirm my reservation the day of I was told by your representative that I had no reservation. She repeatedly told me I was not in their system. I called over to the storage facility to confirm my reservation and they told me I was there. The Uhaul representative kept trying to make a new one for me and at a different location. That upset me immediately. That makes me think of not using you again. How can your representative tell me over the phone I was wrong and the storage facility using your system found me. How is that possible in the same system.
we were charged an environmental fee that nobody could answer what it was for. nowhere on the rental agreement does it show an environmental fee!

I check my rental out and retuned the same day, 8 pm. I couldn't check myself in because the email that was sent to me was encrypted. I told Amanda at the self storage she said that it was up to Uhaul to credit my card for the $20.
I spent 30 minutes online filling everything out for my reservation to cut my time in 1/2 yet when I got to the location it took another 1/2 hour to get things completed.
Very helpful over the phone. Explained the process very well. There hours are limited but I was able to pick up and return through app with no issues.
This comment is mostly for the previous location (Tru Enterprise in Fife). I had reserved a Uhaul a week in advance at another location is preparation for my move yesterday on the 20th at 9am (I work nights and got off at 5am and stayed up until I was supposed to pick the uhaul up). I arrived at the location at my confirmed time to find the place closed, locked down, and no help to be found. All we found online was that the place would open at 10am so we returned at 10am and still found no one at our original location. This unfortunately set us back over two hours trying to hunt down a uhaul after I had made a reservation a week in advance and left us extremely bitter and upset. Calling Uhaul itself was nigh on useless because they wanted us to try all sorts of troubleshooting including just walking through a locked gate. This Tru Enterprise location was completely non-usable and a farce Alex at this location in Federal Way was helpful and very kind and I have nothing but nice things to say about this location.
I put more fuel in the truck than i used. The customer should be able to to get for credit for the extra fuel
The man working (I don't remember his name) was nice and friendly. He was helpful and competent at his job.
Alex did a wonderful job helping me from start to finish!! He was very knowledgeable about the plans and the u-hauls that it made it and easy process. So Thank you! I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this location because of the customer service!
Nothing really, the young lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful.. She deserves a raise!

I don't like that we were charged a fee for safe move when it's not even explained or requested in the initial rental.
Every time I called this location on Pac Hwy, the International site answered the phone...not once in 3 attempts did I reach the site where I was picking up the truck . The other office was able to answer all my questions, I just thought it was a bit strange.
