After returning the truck at 7am, I called at 9am (when open) to ask an important question I have. The man answered and said he was too busy and took my name and number to call me back. I have not received a call back. I would like to speak with someone that can help. Merci.

Gary CU-haul closed on Sat. I was told to pick up key on Friday, and it had a 2 day return policy.. Got key on Friday, got Uhaul on Saturday… Booneville U-haul called me saying the truck was due at 3:15 on Saturday. Booneville also stated I could have been put on 24/7 and not charged until Saturday. I was charged extra days that I should not have been charged. Truck left Lexington U-Haul on Saturday Morning @ 10am and was returned at Booneville U-haul on Monday afternoon. I believe the charges are incorrect and I am entitled to a refund for the overcharge amount.
THOMAS MTruck wasn't clean inside, windshield was covered with streaky bug guts and i had to clean the window, blankets i reserved 2 weeks earlier were not available, i had to drive 10 miles to get them. I swept the back, folded up blankets and 4 days later got a threatening collection letter if i didnt pay the $25 cleaning fee. First contact they ask for $25 and threaten me with collections. I swept the back even tho it didnt need it. SUCK!

David AThe additional mileage calculation process is a bit lacking. I put in that I wanted to deliver my items to Ocala, but the system incentivized me to drop at Gainesville and then charged me extra miles because I had to drive to Ocala and then back to Gainesville. Other than that, I enjoyed my rental experience.

Glenda WSteve is GREAT! The other location at 1490 N. Broad Street Lexington TN. A close bonding company absolutely gives U-Haul a terrible name. The woman there is horrendous and I will never in my life go there again almost had me not rent from U-Haul. She added safe tow coverage of which I did not want and need a refund on. Terrible customer service. Terrible personality. Absolutely a horrible experience. Thank goodness. Went to the other location and with calling U-Haul company. I now have my 26 foot truck that I'm running this weekend through the good field floors with Steve who is absolutely phenomenal. Steven said he want representing your company.

STEPHEN EMake sure the truck is in working order. I didn't make it 40 miles truck broke down on the interstate. And had to wait 3 hours for a maintenanc to show up to tell you guys that it needed to be towed. I told you to began with it had to be towed. Then had to wait 3 hours for the tow truck to show up. After I get towed to the location let me remind you I been sitting in this truck for 6 hours you tell me you need it unloaded within 4 hours. So when the tow truck comes and gets the truck I can't get my deposit because the truck hasn't been returned to the U-Haul store. I would like a total refund of what I paid. I paid cash also. And a free two day use of a truck with 170 miles which I never put on the first.
Bethany HOne guy was nice and helpful but when we returned truck, there was a guy who was ill, huffy puffy because he was having trouble with software and had to get others to help him straighten it out. He was surely showing his anger and being pissy.
Jennifer BDerrick and Tiffany were very helpful and friendly in helping us get the return processed after a long trip from Colorado. We had to take some extra time on the road due to our inability to drive long days but they made sure the extra time was not charged excessively. Thank you both. We are glad to be new neighbors of such helpful and friendly people.

Melissa CI was charged for 2 dollys an was suppose to pick up at 9 am an couldn't because the rental wasn't scheduled for mobile pick up correctly took over 2 hours to reach someone who finally got my rental fixed it wasn't a good experience an I was over charged
